The EGOC "technology" is a longstanding scam and available everywhere (eBay???), has never worked and, if it did -- could not be installed commercially without EPA/CARB approval. EGOC has no approval and has never sold a thing except stock..
EGOC completely missed the boat and has no products to market; that means no revenue. None of their products are approved and on the market. They can't sell squat without approval and they've taken no steps to get approval.
The so-called "retrofit" deadline window of opportunity for older OTR trucks has already slammed shut. Older trucks that needed to be compliant to run CA have already been retrofitted with established/approved products on the market from reputable companies like Donaldson or sold out of state where they don't need to comply.
All trucks since MY 2007 are compliant from the factory and already getting long in tooth. Drivers aren't always the sharpest tools in the shed but they are not stupid enough to sink money in worn out trucks when they can update to a slightly newer truck cheaper.
Raymond T Brown II is deliberately selling hopium to gullible people who don't understand the company, mandated EPA/CARB laws, trucking, or the company they bought stock in. No one can articulate EGOC's business model, least of all RTB..
