You are welcome. =^) It is far cheaper to just buy a newer, l fully compliant used Penske with low miles. It will be more fuel efficient, have less down time, and be far less costly than pumping cubic money in retrofitted garbage. The retrofits cost as much as an in-frame and make no sense unless a guy runs a very low mileage local operation and is in love with his custom truck.

Factor in resale at next trade time and its a no-brainer. Keeping a truck with much more that 800k miles on it is beginning the roll the dice in my book. That's why the major carriers dump their used trucks on low rent companies like Master Lease when they get near the end of warranty. It's called the "hockey maintenance curve" on a chart. =^)
