Is that sexist? Or, is that niche (or channel, choose your own term) marketing and product development?
Is your implication that there are not fitness products specifically produced for women? Have you been to Dick's Sporting goods (Largest Midwestern (maybe national?) retailer of sporting goods... there is a whole fitness section dedicated to women.
Come on now... sexist? Ridiculous. Niche focused products are proven to be far more successful on the market than broad based products.
Xena, you do not receive funding with "we're gonna do this..." C'mon now. That said, here is some helpful info on gasification.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=78963655
Xena, cannot provide. My basis for that (and for it being commonplace knowledge) is that I work specifically in renewables (enviro and fuel production sectors)... It's commonly spoken about. But for published info look into Energy Biz, or North American Clean Energy-- I receive print editions monthly.
Thanks again Phish, and love JLPS btw. Great stuff out there.
Great call PhisHD. Any predictions, or things to watch for on the upcoming (potential) run? (Technically speaking). Thanks and go $DIMI
GGKG I completely agree.... It also goes without saying that it destroys the creasote--at least for those in and around the industry.
Further, as I am certain will be, or has already been pointed out, all of those things were locked into motion long before $GESI sought the financing in the first place--and, if it was not, how in the world would they have obtained the funds? Much to do about nothing.
Agreed, how about: "This is going to fall so fast, you'd think that your account was Tanya Harding on ice skates." hahahaha. Bashers show some wit.
You have said it will fall a few times, as you have with other stocks- all without sound and reasonable (read: factual) basis. Move along, or, clean up your communication skills. $DIMI is poised to rise and fall, as are all stocks, it is, imo, quite volatile~ but, certainly great risk/great reward. To those new on the board, simple suggestion: read past posted messages of those claiming the sky is falling, or, that we're going to 'da moon. There are no sooth sayers here.
To you Mico_007. Back up your statements with facts, or mark your opinions with imo--Stop posting jabber wocky.
Quarterly Report is out!!! NEWS $GRPR
You are correct, albeit a bit relativistic. "Everything" somebody may state could be an opinion, but they can also state facts. For example: Today is Monday. Fact. Tomorrow will be a good day. Opinion. But, you are not correct that my statement is "bull."
For the new players in here, or more generally on ihub, it is a good practice to show opinion (ie: IMO) in the stead of making claims without affirming them and pawning them as fact.
Again, I'd like to see the supporting theory to backup his/her claims.
What? Where is the IMO in your statement? Charts to back that statement up? Also, if you leave let me know, I will buy your shares on this too... PLEASE ALL POST IMO when making opinionated statements.
Peter- hire a broker if you need help making decisions on how to trade. Otherwise provide something substantive, or, stop spamming. If you need money to buy antoher stock, sell. I'll buy the shares.
Slapping the ask for 30K... Buy guys. Let's move this.
Buying pressue. Team, if we want to move this thing, let's back it up and press! $DIMI
Hola. Lurking and stong hold here.
Bryce Harper says: That's a clown post bro.
Keep calm and carry on. The company might be spending profits to increase product lines- but product lines (within reason) beget more profits.
Use your head before you post. This boards constant array of "they should do this, and they should do that..." you are paying to play the game (the penny game), know and understand the arena you are in.
GLTA. $MSLP
Jimmydageek = beating a dead horse.
What is your play here Honda? I highly doubt you are personally concerned with the financial wellbeing of those of us who bought low... your scary shake tactics can run along to another playground. Not working on this stock, chart too fundamentally sound right now... Go $DIMi
Absolutely. Strong sales and profits would [affect the PPS].
Some news on profit would be profitable for all... the Vodka venture isn't the door or the hinge, but, its flashy and could bode well to draw in newby investors. Profit statements are what we need to climb with $HBRM.
I'd like to see the math where GESI is "down 60%" since the conference call-- there was an anticipation bump in PPS, however, it's held quite steadily since the conference call.
BillyG- I coulnd't have put it any better. Go $IMDS.
IMO this board is over thinking his departure from IMDS. PErhaps he just received a better offer... 20 chess steps ahead? Probably an over thought theory. "Jumping ship," probably an immature theory. Although anything is possible, a job transition mid-career is not uncommon nor should we dissect or read too much into this.
Keep calm, carry on.
Grifter_24 (now G-Man2.4, at least that's my board assigned nickname for you)... I couldn't have said it better. IMO the merger, news of merger, etc. may have stalled both, but causation is not correlation here. That is no longer the hold back. This company need substantive news--meaning further that it needs substantive financials to back that news up: either profits, or futures.
I'm sticking with them, at least 1Q longer for something earth shattering.
I appreciate your posts partner, your analysis and fair critique is much appreciated IMO.
Johnny Cash4:
You may be right (IMO are right to some degree) on the importance of "outside influences" on this stock particularly, those specifically noted by you being insiders and manipulation if memory serves right... However, I do not think that either changes the circumstance of this penny (insofar as that vs. other penny options) nor does it detract from the capability of a recovery in this position (more specifically for those now in from the ground floor).
That said, you're completely right that even an experienced trader took a hit unexpectedly last week, and right that the company has not issues a recovering PR. Moreover, you are right that this particular chart is "weird."
Coupling all of that with the volume, switches, volatility and movement -- the signal in my eyes is green... Buying time. Go $DIMI, GLTY Cash4, and GLTA.
That's sort of a fluffy answer... I'm not questioning whether or not it is there, asking for indicators of why you feel that it is there... Great response though, really productive.
I'm long here on IMDS, and a firm believer in the product, so remaining long. Just trying to learn along the way.
GLTY and IMDS!
fh6282;
Reasonably new trader (handful of years), using this iHub to gain knowledge (where / when possible).
Why do you say that there is a ton of momentum here? How are you justifying that statement?
Obviously there have been solid volume days, and a good run-up... is there more to your definition of momo that simply those factors? --Just looking for insight. Please advise.

Dakota and I, historically, have not been in lockstep in our posting...but I too agree that a fluffy PR regarding Facebook fandom would be foolish today--given the multitude of other things that shareholders want to learn about. If the MSLP PR team reads these boards (which I highly, highly doubt) do us all a favor and simply hold PRs until you have solid content to publicize.
However, if we can start talking about branding decisions, marketplace movements or motives, product lines and/or continued restructuring internally--that would assist in generating positive fanship among shareholders. To the cheerleaders on the board: keep it up. It will bring new buyers into a solid penny play, IMO, and to the nagative-nancies on the board, please provide at least excerpts of your DD as to why you are frivolously positing your negative expectation (aside from the false hope of your own squeamish ability to shake any cheap shares).
Cheers MSLP team.
458946
Absolutely agree with your DD and came up with similar findings, my target is 30-35% of $1.96. This company is well positioned, and the shorts are only helping our cause buying in at these levels (all IMO of course).
Look further at the growth estimates (provided even if only rudimentally via yahoo finance)... we are talking about a strong company with sound financials AND zero debt.
That a baby SSPR and the good Dr.:
The China Health Resource offer did not reflect a rapidly growing value of Herborium resulting from increase in present revenues and near future revenue potential of a Kamasutra LLC partnership with its over $4 Billion market in a sector of herbal vodka, $4.5 Billion and growing market potential for sexual health products, and $8 Billion market potential for Herborium all herbal Energy Drink entering the market in the Fall of 2012.
Revenue centric activity and partnerships in proper channels!!! HBRM
I love the optimism on both counts, and I'm inclined to agree whole heartedly on MSLP... regarding the Pi'rats however, I'm not buying a division winner in that team. Good team, not good enough even in the mediocre Central. Reds lock it up (insert finger in gagging throat) and Cards lock up the second NL Wildcard. Take that to the bank.
Looking forward to keeping the dialogue open on this and other investments brother, and GLTY and your buccos.
458946
Sorry for your troubles (with being from Pittsburgh and all). Black and yellow will tumble in the NL Central no doubt--but don't lose faith in a good thing like MSLP.
With that said, I think that your approach to this stock is sour to some extent. Why would you remain in a stock that you feel is groin to screw you over? Unless you bought in inJune/July '11 or late March / Early April this year, your PPS should be holding a relatively strong value... If you bought in at either of those times, of course, you'd be down strong right now. Stick with them (and the Pirates) I think that you'll be pleasantly surprised. Q's going to come out strong, if they are marking the boards as it appears that they are, we're gaining ground as shareholders... this might not be to da moon as the pumpers claim, but we'll rise strong and steady.
Any updates on the BiLo PR released a few weeks back?
DJ is the man, there is no question to that.
Cards fan here, no heartbreak for me last year.
GLTY Deep Space... interested to see future DD statements on your side, enjoy your insightful posts.
Exactly. As far as Ms. Bitting, I'm refraining from speculations... I'm sticking long enough with HBRM to see through a few of their product line entry points into market-I'll make decisions once I see the physical product and sales figures from a few quarters.
As far as CHRI, my initial inclination was to purchase as an insurance policy for the m/a, as that has fallen, I'm seeing great LT potential there... sticking with them through US entry (real US entry) to see what the market holds.
Always a fan ILLEAGLE2. GLTY
Deep Space- You're hitting the nail on the head here, with one exception: manufacturing/production/sales. It may be too obvious to state, in concurrance with the "fact that a fortune lies in the MSLP accounting strategy," the fortune is in the numbers.
I won't dress MSLP in pinstripes just yet, but I would certainly compare them to the Rangers... a handful of personnell problems that fans thought were holding them back, all the while, as last season, they just kept winning their way.
The brand is solid and growing. The fans are mounting, and though they are slow playing the ballgame, they are poising themselves for the playoffs... my youthful investor advise: stick with your team. They will surprise even themselves by simply playing their own game... MSLP is no different. GLTY and GLTA
ILLEAGLE2-- I completely agree that the PPS is being propped in so way. My presumption is that this is a junior high game, CHRI announcing that the deal is off prior to HBRM releasing a statement so that CHRI saves face from rejection of a lowballed offer.
With the recent retention of a notable PR firm, HBRM is not bs'ing any longer about their market position or news. My guesstimate is that they have a few PRs to release in the works, however, the dd of the new PR firm in in the works...meaning, the PR team is determining the proper non-fluffy PR work which needs to be done to bolster HBRM.
I'm an owner of both stocks. I still like both stocks. And I'm fairly certain that, despite the 50/50 bashing on both boards, both companies are more than capable of standing alone. I maintain, as I have posted before, that it could have been a nice marriage, but, I'll settle for knowing instead of being in the dark.
You are hitting on two separate topics TexanFanFB. Fiscal responsibiliy adn brand awareness/branding/brand building.
From a fiscal responsibility perspective, sure buying a boat, building a gym etc is probably not the most responsible thing--however you are talking pennies in costs on the books. Payments, even on a nice speed boat, are minimal monthly. For your (shareholders!) sanity, I'd let these miniscule things go. Don't sweat the small stuff as they say...and as a business owner myself, I'm assuring your, these things are small.
From a brand awareness perspective, knowingly the MSLP team SHOULD be considerate of shareholders in branding decisions (such as boats, MSLPs advertising, etc) but only insofar as brand awareness and marketing translates into profits. Translating a brand into profits, and increasing user and non-user awareness through product awareness comes from advertising and brand building strictly in this niche.
Wouldn't you agree that if you were, say, Bryce Harper, that you want to promote not only a useful product, but a cool image product as well? Wouldn't that apply to all athletes? Translated to the marketplace, I'd then say that a user of the product who buys in because of Harper's promotions, or is made aware of the product by Harper's promotions, is simply a by-profuct of the brand awareness...
There is an interplay here that must be thought of, and brand image is rarely discussed in logical terms on this board.
The MSLP team is juvenile in their management approach, no doubt, but we've seen evident proof this year that they are maturing, the company is maturing, and they are making enormous strides in the marketplace.
Reason will prevail, profits will follow.
The "old woman in charge," Ms. Olszewski seems to be driving more than hope here; diversifying products offerings, and increasing profits is blatant proof. [See News Release dates June 27th, 2012: AcnEase "Gross Profit increase 4.5%...in the first six months of 2012 in comparison to the same period of 2011"]. That stat is compelling enough for penny investments. Growth and differentitation.
If you fear is HBRM spreading too thin with multiple product lines, your statements might be justified, but to allude to this as impending failure or without potential is completely unfounded.
Engergy Drinks, Sexual Health, and a Potential Meger/Acquisition (whatever this is about)are all good price influencing factors for shareholders to build around.
You are correct that we could use a solid, and founded, PR. Beyond a shadow of a doubt...but, I would rather the company focus on their product lines, distribution and profits than feed little old me tidbits to keep me wanton for shares. Today, that is. Down the line, with more established financials, certainly HBRM will need to feed the beast (we the investor) that gives it gold to grow...but for now, shareholders should focus on what the company is offering in exchange for $$ to buyers, not offering words to investors.
GLTA
Eucsstamticc, I appreciate your posts--generally well thoughtout. I'm mostly a queit follower // accumulator (LONG) in MSLP.
With that said, I'd love to hear your take on whether or not this is "in the know accumulation" driving yesterday, and hopefully today's, volume surge...or institutional investors getting in on action that has been long coming.
MSLP has potential, without a doubt, could it just be that the recent financials have clarified positions for institutions?
Are we expecting a gap up this morning? Mammoth volume yesterday on the whole, with a strong PM surge? New to IMDS (and generally quiet board member, but IMDS is my favorite pony), and trying to setup proper expectations... LONG in IMDS but strategizing on entry and exit points. Any advice welcome.
Secondary question, and someone asked yesterday but was left unanswered, for those credentialed investors, are there comparable pennies (now $$ stocks) that sought FDA approval, and received to draw comparisons from in recent history?
