You are correct, albeit a bit relativistic. "Everything" somebody may state could be an opinion, but they can also state facts. For example: Today is Monday. Fact. Tomorrow will be a good day. Opinion. But, you are not correct that my statement is "bull."

For the new players in here, or more generally on ihub, it is a good practice to show opinion (ie: IMO) in the stead of making claims without affirming them and pawning them as fact.

Again, I'd like to see the supporting theory to backup his/her claims.
