Using the "Platten PR Decoder"
Translation: This is the pump, there will be a dump. However, it's the short sellers causing the drop in share price. Remember that. Dilution is for growth!
What is the basis of the law suit? eom.
That is ridiculous!
Don't forget to include the following:
Trading account numbers, with passwords
Bank account numbers
And a valid credit card number to handle the currently undisclosed "shipping and handling fee." Visa or Mastercard preferred.
Per the TA...
As of close on 5/18/06:
Authorized: 60,000,000,000
Outstanding: 8,084,202,252
Restricted: 5,092,938,007
From a request for the numbers as of close on 5/23/06:
Authorized: 60,000,000,000
Outstanding: 9,968,577,652
The restricted share count is no longer available.
As of close on 5/31/06:
AS: 60,000,000,000
OS: 11,702,953,052
If you look back at my previous posts you'll see almost every bump was a mix of restricted and free trading shares, usually more restricted. Who knows anymore.
As of yesterday the float would have been 6,610,015,045 at the most, as long as the 5/18 restricted count remains restricted.
Nice volume. eom.
Something new to chew on.
Here are the numbers provided by the TA, as of close 5/18/06:
Outstanding: 8,084,202,252
Restricted: 5,092,938,007
Versus close on 5/11/16(first noticed on 5/5/06):
Outstanding: 5,384,202,252
Restricted: 3,092,938,007
So, is the 700,000,000 OS increase direct dilution or part of a transaction combined with the rise in restricted shares? A similar share count increases occured on 4/12/06.
As of close on 4/12/06:
Outstanding: 3,505,247,852
Restrcted: 2,092,938,007
As of close on 4/7/06:
Outstanding: 1,355,247,852
Restricted: 592,938,007
As of close yesterday, 5/11/06,
per the TA:
Outstanding: 5,384,202,252
Restricted: 3,092,938,007
Share structure didn't change today.
It has been the same, as far as my records from the TA show, since at least the close on 4/26/06.
LOL
What type(s) of conduct, and by whom, will you be filing the complaint against?
A little more share structure info...
As of close 5/5/06, per TA:
OS: 5,384,202,252
Restricted: 3,092,938,007
Anybody else been riding GSPI.pk?
Reads like the top for now, would like to know if anyone see's any indicator's showing otherwise.
TIA.
Your worries, concerns, etc. must have been put to rest. Did that sell at .0003 go through?
Would like to know if someone's getting a flip on this small action.
L2's all over the place.
1 x 3, 2 x 3, then 1 x 2, all within the last 5 minutes.
Has this been typical for the day? TIA.
What do you mean by saying that shares were converted?
Per the TA, share structure is the same as I reported on 4/12/06.

As of close on 4/18/06:
OS: 3,505,247,852
Restrcted: 2,092,938,007
I'd guess the dump yesterday was part of the 650,000,000 that was added to the OS on 4/12/06.
I agree.
He's proven in the past that he can issue a slew of PR's, and generate alerts. That's what I expect to see now.
"Per the TA"
TA = Transfer Agent, in this case
or
TA could be technical analysis, but it isn't.
If I mention share counts, with reference to "the TA",
I mean the transfer agent.
Not entirely dead.
OS from yesterday is 1,779,737,973.
58,700,000 since I last posted it as of 4/4/06, a week ago.
At .00065, that's 38 g's to help fund 'development'.
I'm really on the wrong side of this equation.
Share structure update, pretty interesting.
I'll preface this by noting that waiting and watching may be more effective than pounding on doors for answers.
Per the TA, as of close on 4/12/06:
OS: 3,505,247,852
Restrcted: 2,092,938,007
1.5 billion were issued as restricted, 650,000,000 were issued as common. It could not be disclosed to whom. They were issued today, therefore they are not part of the trading that has taken place prior to today.
A transaction has occured, I'm pretty curious about the details. I'll wait for disclosure via normal channels. A PR is what I expect, a filing would be nice for a change.
To what? TIA.
np
A lot of companies have AS's that high.
SMMW's, previously PRRM, is either 80 or 100 billion.
CMKX's was something like 760 billion.
BKMP has an unlimited AS, http://soswy.state.wy.us/Corp_Search_Main.asp, enter "black out media"
Just to name a few high profile ones.
Doesn't bother me as long as the OS is known, and reasonable. Knowing the float is a bonus these days. It's all relative.
BTW, to all, as I warned before, careful pestering everyone. People get fed up fielding inquiries all day, every day, and eventually say screw it and clam up, gag the TA, whatever.
And, yes it's a Delaware Corp.
http://www.state.de.us/corp/default.shtml
Why?
DTGoody, yes. eom
Here's some share structure clarification.
Per the TA, as of close on 4/7/06:
Authorized: 60,000,000,000
Outstanding: 1,355,247,852
Restricted: 592,938,007
Same as close on 4/6/06.
Same as close on 4/5/06.
The obvious point is the 600'ish million in trading was not a result of the company diluting.
The other obvious matter is that this contradicts the numbers I received from a phone conversation that I believe was with Don Platten, and emails others have posted stating a 500 million float.
Doesn't bother me. The float is still relatively small for a situation like this.
One more note, please don't start firing off emails, making phone calls, to whomever making a big deal of the contradiction. Having access to the TA for exact numbers on a daily basis, resulting in knowing the float, is an uncommon asset for a pink.
And the math says the float is 762,309,845, as of close on 4/7/06.
Nice AS eh?
Have a great day.
Holding. eom.
AWBV, no change in the OS today, per TA. eom.
Per TA, no change in OS today. eom.
Just to follow up.
I listened to the conversation again,
the float is "... 500 million, oh about 500 million....., ... the OS is around 1.3 billion .... about a billion restricted..."
I realize that doesn't add up, but, whatever.
The OS I posted earlier was given to me by the TA.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=10551685
BTW, I agree email is much better, if you can get a reply within a decent time frame.
My fills were at the ask and took awhile as well.
Yep. eom.
That would be approx. 500 million float,
per my conversation with him.
Small enough for a good run.
The rest is restricted.
No rs's, pr's comming.
You're right, very congenial.
Look at the PR.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060406/0121704.html
Let us know what you find out. TIA.
Don't know. Would have to ask Don Platten.
Looks like it may be small enough for a run today.
AWBV OS as of 4/5/06 is 1,355,250,000. eom.
OS as of 4/5/06 is 1,355,250,000. eom.
Scovillez, re: OS and AS.
I've receive the current OS from the transfer agent, Stolt, Inc., as listed on the website at:
http://www.wi-fitv.com/contactus.php
The AS can be confirmed with them as well, however, the following site will show some of their reported actions:
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?CorpID=211260
OS as of 4/4/06 is 1,721,037,973.
I haven't had time to check the daily volume versus the OS increase in the last week, however, I don't recall too much volume. If that's the case, coupled with a fluff PR today, I'm seeing dilution at any chance available. Add in a dwindling PPS, poor techs, and it's time to bail. Selling into low volume as PPS decreases smells of desperation, RS's, etc. Sure to be a pop sometime, but when and where? Bouncing off of 8 was ok, touching the 200sma at 7 sucks.
Will have to look at it more later.
WTVN, my 8 ball says "maybe" eom
OS as of close 3/29,
1,662,337,973
looks like it changed on 3/27, steady since. Slow bleed.
Going with my gut and adding, despite floundering techs.
Talked with IR, shopping cart is still coming. Great potential in any website that makes money off of customer supplied content. Probably the quickest route to a profitable site.
Will still dump if the dilution rate jumps.
IMO.
