Scovillez, re: OS and AS.

I've receive the current OS from the transfer agent, Stolt, Inc., as listed on the website at:

OS as of 4/4/06 is 1,721,037,973.

I haven't had time to check the daily volume versus the OS increase in the last week, however, I don't recall too much volume. If that's the case, coupled with a fluff PR today, I'm seeing dilution at any chance available. Add in a dwindling PPS, poor techs, and it's time to bail. Selling into low volume as PPS decreases smells of desperation, RS's, etc. Sure to be a pop sometime, but when and where? Bouncing off of 8 was ok, touching the 200sma at 7 sucks.
Will have to look at it more later.
