Share structure update, pretty interesting.

I'll preface this by noting that waiting and watching may be more effective than pounding on doors for answers.

Per the TA, as of close on 4/12/06:

OS: 3,505,247,852

Restrcted: 2,092,938,007

1.5 billion were issued as restricted, 650,000,000 were issued as common. It could not be disclosed to whom. They were issued today, therefore they are not part of the trading that has taken place prior to today.

A transaction has occured, I'm pretty curious about the details. I'll wait for disclosure via normal channels. A PR is what I expect, a filing would be nice for a change.
