ROFL, by this pace you'll see a r/s next quarter! WOW!
Indeed. I remember that one, 'twas after the Sykes saga. A few of of us were alarmed and left back then, and duly so. Its never good when the PR and CEO spend more time on rumor control than business, just like the last OTC Voice. That was just a power trip by Tony and did nothing except put more under the bus. If they ever were chums, I don't think they are anymore...
I hope that 2010 will bring some comfort and joy to the current upside down stockholders. Unfortunately, if there is a recovery it'll probably take until Feb imo.
Selling a billion shares a quarter put this in the cellar, where it belongs.
The O/S is 1.4 billion(9/30) and counting. YTD sales is $30k and they've lost $400k this year. $165k of this is payroll, $200 is interest. Accumulated loss for the company is $10M.

Magically, the day this garbage statement hit Pinksheets, chatter picked up on iHub.
SDG/Golden has 20 million unrestricted now, their contract and other compensations were paid in full at change. I was cleaning out out my second email account and looked at the last two emails. SDG was clear and actually wrote three times that they(affiliates of SDG)had roughly 20MM unrestricted shares.
They claimed to be as disappointed and clueless as everyone else at the shareholder meeting. They further warned that ppl would be telling you that they and others (roughly 40 million shares lost their restriction)are liquidating. Duh!
This is older news, but may help in putting things in perspective. Who knows what 1Q 2010 holds?
I wish you all the best,

No doubt, I forgot to add the changes to
executive bios.
For instance:
It wasn't known that Lee was a former VP of the Hauser Group until well after the partnership "with a prestigious ad firm" was made and pps went up nicely.
Not criminal, but it was damn sneaky.
Nice! Since they're mostly gas, it should get another push from the EPA press statements re global warming policies.
Why this PPS? Here's why... Room for upside if your stuck, but here is the short version in two posts and why most (including myself) have been out for a bit.
I hope not. It'll be old news and just to sell shares, like the Sony release that was killed before close on the 1st. It's doing fine without any PRs.
If it seems too good to be true and is from DE I'm even more cautious. That's just how I roll. I put lotto play money in today after a quick check...
The other replies about the big board companies as DE corps don't really apply in penny land. They file everything and have continued analyst coverage, independent news agencies, etc.
Looks like I'll add after more DD. But I'll always keep these facts in mind when I see DE corps in PS and OTC.

This is not intended as a negative or cautionary post re: NEOM
Could this possibly be from royalty agreement w/ Scanbuy? I just bought in a lil today, DE companies scare me... The ticker was on an old list from somewhere, saw the % increase and volume...
The way I read the settlement PR was that Scanbuy will pay NeoMedia for use of patents while we get use of theirs w/o royalty fees.
NeoMedia has granted Scanbuy a royalty bearing, non-exclusive license to a portion of its patent portfolio in the U.S.
FYI: Scanbuy will be included on Qualcomm's Brew Platform, launching next year.

PureSpectrum Nearing Completion of Product Launch Calendar That Includes CFL and Linear Fluorescent Products
Last update: 11/19/2009 10:26:00
AMPSRU Trading on OTC Bulletin Board Following Completion of Share Exchange SAVANNAH, Ga.,
Nov 19, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PureSpectrum, Inc. (PSRU) has continued to make progress toward finalizing a product launch plan that will include additional products in both the Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) and linear fluorescent categories. Sales momentum has continued to build for the company's 20-watt dimmable CFL introduced earlier this year, and inventory to fulfill purchase orders is warehoused in the United States. A product shipment cleared US customs this week, and an additional container shipment is expected to arrive during the first week of December. PureSpectrum Vice President of Sales Garth Kullman said the company has received and fulfilled initial purchase orders for the 20-watt dimmable CFL. He also said additional purchase orders are in progress, and the company's manufacturer's representatives and distribution partners are receiving multiple requests for quotes from utilities and commercial entities which could become future purchase orders. Kullman also said based on recent feedback from manufacturing and engineering partners, PureSpectrum expects to be able to launch multiple additional CFL products as well as several linear fluorescent products in 2010. Pending the results of a final engineering and manufacturing evaluation taking place this week in China, the company anticipates that Energy Star testing can begin later this month for at least two additional dimmable CFL products. As the company continues its efforts to immediately expand its CFL product line, PureSpectrum's sales team concluded a direct mail campaign intended to stimulate not only purchase orders but also brand familiarity within several potentially applicable market sectors for dimmable lighting products. The campaign included delivering approximately 1,700 samples of the 20-watt dimmable CFL to a target list of more than 1,200 distributors, retailers, utilities, retail outlets, hotels and medical facilities in the United States. Members of PureSpectrum's engineering team are also meeting this week with a Chinese manufacturer regarding dimmable linear fluorescent fixtures which the company believes could be added to its product catalog in the near future. As the relationship with the manufacturer has solidified during the past month, PureSpectrum's sales staff has worked to put in place multiple potential sales channels in anticipation of the dimmable linear fluorescent fixtures' availability. "We are acutely aware that our shareholders have experienced significant concern during the past week following the company's move to the OTC Bulletin Board and the drop in our price per share once trading began, but I want to assure our shareholders that we are continuing the execution of our business plan in order to put the company in position to make progress toward meeting our corporate goals," said PureSpectrum Chairman and CEO Lee Vanatta. "Prior to encountering unforeseen and unfortunate engineering and manufacturing delays, we told our shareholders we would be introducing multiple CFL products. We expect to be able to launch at least two additional SKUs in the first quarter of 2010 and introduce the company's first dimmable linear fluorescent product to give us an appropriate platform to meet our stated revenue goal of $66 million in 2010. Although the company did expect its stock to experience some selling as restricted shares became free trading, we are sensitive to the anxiety caused by the downward trend in the stock price. But in light of the progress the company has made as well as the positive developments in the areas of sales and product development, we ask that our shareholders be patient during this time of transition as we take measures that we believe give the company the best chance for short term and long term viability."
surprised by selling, yeah right

This calamity also affected our recent plans in becoming current with the pink sheets. Our corporate attorney was a victim of this flood.
Good luck, just reading today's PS news from different companies and this definitely stood out.
FMD = Student loan services
Per Google's description, I believe they no longer issue student loans, only manage them. This is a good thing since they won't be on the hook for a coming huge default rate, IMO.
How would they fare in the event that Obama/Dems succeeds in federalizing ALL student loans? Are they large enough and positioned to win a gov't contract for administration of such a huge scale operation? Otherwise, they'll disappear with the rest of the private student loan sector.

Sprint pays down $1 billion in debt; shares jump
@3.48 right now...

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Sprint Nextel Corp. said Monday it has paid off the $1 billion balance on its $4.5 billion credit line, helping the company's stock gain more than 10 percent.

Shares jumped 35 cents to $3.44 in morning trading.
Story continues below ↓
The stock also got a boost Monday from an upgrade at Credit Suisse. In an investor note, Credit Suisse analyst Jonathan Chaplin upgraded Sprint to "Outperform" from "Neutral" and raised his share price target to $6 from $4.
He said the growth of Sprint's cheaper, prepaid calling plans should help stanch subscriber losses in the fourth quarter, which would make it the first time in two years that Sprint's customer base hasn't shrunk.
The move to cut debt comes after Standard&Poor's said last week that it may cut Sprint's "BB" credit rating, warning that the company's "weak" performance this year may push its debt level higher.
Sprint, the country's third-largest carrier, posted a loss of $478 million in the third quarter, worse than the year-earlier period.

Netflix has nearly tripled since they became a part of XBoxLive last fall...
Many factors contributed to Netflix's growth, exposure to 17 million XBoxLive users, sure didn't hurt...
Frogman?? j/k :D Thanks for your service.
Right after I graduated Infantry School I caught a cab in Columbus, GA (Ft. Benning) The driver was an older white guy, we talked for a bit, picking me up on post, he knew I Army so we talked about the military. Being right after 9/11 he talked in generalities about his deployment in SE Asia.
I was like oh, Underwater Demo, sounds like a crazy job. In enemy ports, sabotaging boats and equipment. He paused, well I was on orders for "destruction related activities," I don't know if I can ever tell folks what "projects" I worked on. Even now thirty plus years later. Those "projects" are still classified. I believe him 100%.
I also believe him when he said the SEALS thought his crew was insane!
1400% up from my last post... 450% up from yours... ;)sniff sniff
GEEEEEZZEEEE!!! lol
Hadn't been in for a bit, so dunno about transfer. Bet the .00 was pretty scary.

Y! Board poster:
Getting an email 3 times a day from BOLDSTOCKS.COM and they are being paid by MZEI to push their company. Here is an excerpt from their disclaimer that I copied:
"MZEI Disclosure: Pentony Enterprises LLC was compensated seventy-two hundred dollars and 450,000 144 restricted common shars by the company for profile coverage for the period ending September 15, 2009."
They were given money and stock to pump this. I'd say that qualifies for a pump and dump email spam campaign.
"MZEI Disclosure: Pentony Enterprises LLC was compensated seventy-two hundred dollars and 450,000 144 restricted common shars by the company for profile coverage for the period ending September 15, 2009." Huh? Nothing on his site before this week.

I don't agree its a P&D, just an FYI about the promoter(s.) This is probably because the company did not renew their contract with IR company. So much for deciding to handle "in house."

Excellent Post! I agree 100%
I also left back then... Gonna see how the conduct themselves after the merger.
caught me napping
Been out of LLEG for a quite some time. I had an incomplete sell order leave some shares many moons ago. Way to go! A real unexpected gain since my last log on.
The biggest factor, or writing on the wall,
for my sale was the 8 million share compensation package for Tony Golden. What CEO or CFO entrusted with the stock treasury would pay $4-7 Million worth of stock for his services? The only answer I could come up with was that the price wouldn't hold nor remain anywhere where it was at time of that contract. (Still worth $2.1 Million EOD Tuesday, BTW)
Another recent pause or Ah Ha! moment should have been the Dubai financing deal, that may not have ever really existed (meaning actual $$ to back up capital promise), being canceled. That info was held for a while before being released as an oh by the way, "we are not doing the the EICA deal. We decided to go another route..."
Although dilution was not terrible by Pinkie standards, a few million shares were sold at .40+ prices riding the first two quarter's momentum and buildup of expectations. This may have been the "other route" all along, to finance market entrance(rollout) through inflated retail stock sales and individual private placements... Who knows, just my .02

Instead there is just a fizzle after the curve ball acquisition for lords knows what hopeful purpose...

A lot riding on today's expected OTCVoice interview. Volume didn't break 100k til noonish.
When it's available, Tony's email said mid-afternoon, it will be here. http://otcvoice.com/profile1_pspm.htm
The downward stock trend and big drop on Wed was due to the company letting their website registration expire. Regardless what is given elsewhere for reasons, fact is, www.purespectrum.com was down for a couple hours. This was an oversight due to having too many pots on the stove. Letting this happen when the are due to launch an eCommerce site was too much for some to bear.
The big show did not go off with a certification announcement unfortunately. Word from the unconfirmed sources is that end of Month to mid-June is the expected date. The Lightfair booth was impressive and catchy by all given accounts. It seems they had a very sucessful show. The only news after the show opening was a BLOG submission, not article, from a NYTimes online contributor.
The best source I have seen of firsthand Lightfair info is from Phakosurgeon on Y! board. One of the things he said he noticed was a lot of products without UL cert labeled as available at a later date. In addition, Phakosurgeon also is the most balanced poster on the board-IMHO.
