If it seems too good to be true and is from DE I'm even more cautious. That's just how I roll. I put lotto play money in today after a quick check...

The other replies about the big board companies as DE corps don't really apply in penny land. They file everything and have continued analyst coverage, independent news agencies, etc.

Looks like I'll add after more DD. But I'll always keep these facts in mind when I see DE corps in PS and OTC.
