Does CIGN and MF admit to contamination. I was under the impression that those facts are not agreed upon.
Do we know whether the soil on the farm was actually contaminated with heavy metals or instead only claimed to be contaminated by the defendant in the lawsuit?
If you hold your short until PSYCF were to go bankrupt and the stock gets delisted do you have to pay taxes on your profits since you technically never covered to close out the position?
From 48 cents to 2 cents that was a hugely profitable trade for you. You are saying that the volume is too low however to close out the 850,000 shares at 2 cents. If you were to buy a lot of shares to close out your position the stock price would go up and damage the potential profit that you could make by slowly covering. Congratulations on your savvy trading.
Nobody wants to be long because it is common knowledge that PSYCF is a scam. I thought that there was a chance that AME would catch on. This is all very educational for me.
The stock price has doubled in a month. Was this a good thing or a bad thing for your trading strategy?
Thanks for the input Copilotdog. Given the preponderance of posts that you write that are negative, and this may be justifiable, what is your trading strategy with PSYCH?
Surely you would have a sizable short position. It is my impression that such a position could result in massive losses if something positive were to happen. How do you manage that sort of risk and the large percentage of margin required to hold all those shares short? Also there is a cost to the brokerage to have borrowed all the shares and then sold them to have a short position. I am trying to understand what the savvy investors do with stinky pinkies.
If they were to double the dosage and put it in a drink it could help some more people who would then actually feel the calming effect, sleep better and then tell their friends and family.
The Calm product can be dropped into a drink as it is now. I have not done that yet. Four full droppers perhaps. There would a much better taste this way.
Does the FDA or another agency limit the dosage allowed in a beverage that could be sold commercially?
Foraging for these mushrooms must be expensive versus the cost of farming the mushrooms if it became commercially possible. It would be a great research project for a mycologist to learn how to grow Animita Muscaria.
What would be a normal CEO salary be for a start up micro cap or nano cap company like PSYCF?
I did not know about the coconut juice. Can anybody elaborate on that product and any other products in the pipeline? What does the acronym AME stand for? How effective is AME in actuality for sleep or anxiety? These are both high value indications if a product were to be safe and effective. I bought the Calm tincture but had to take twice the recommended dose to feel an effect. Thanks.
There was a mention in the past about Amanita Muscaria gummies. This could have a wider appeal than the sublingual tincture and perhaps avoid the bad taste. Are these gummies being sold by PSYCF? Thanks.
If and when VDRM gets current on its financial reporting with the upcoming annual report that should be in my view an accomplishment that gets rewarded in the stock price.
That is what I hope would happen.
900,000 shares at $0.01.
In the interview CEO JH said that he surmised that the FDA did not want patients and doctors to see precisely with the test that their antibody levels for Covid drop fast after the vaccine administrations. I thought that was interesting to hear about.
The stock price was 80 cents to $1.00 a few years ago when stockholders were hoping for the roll out of the Covid antibody level tests. We are now at a low of 1 cent for a few trades today.
He said that our dry eye disease tests are worth around 10X our current market cap. That does not include the Parkinson’s Disease test which seems like to me it would have a large market. There are likely other interesting tests that Sapphire is researching.
He mentioned the CLIA Waiver time for approval at the FDA is now targeted for 90 days and not the previous 8 or 9 months. That is good to hear about.
The stock chart shows a very dim prospect for this company but in actuality there are good reasons in my view to foresee and hope for a reasonable chance of success with AXIM.
Is it naive for me to feel this way? Maybe someone should describe here the probable likelihood of the reverse split risk in the near future. Then there are the subsequent offerings dilution risks.
There are other sometimes overlooked pitfalls of buying pre revenue small cap biotech companies. The tactics of shorts and toxic convertible debt schemes are also considerations.
Thanks.
That is interesting what you say Copilotdog. Mel Brooks made a movie called “The Producers” where they plotted to have the play so ridiculous that it would fail.
Is there any evidence of sizable shorting by a coordinated group of insiders with PSYCF. Is it illegal for management to collude with schemers to tank a company to give a profit to short position holders?
Would the SEC want to hear about this sort of thing?
Is there a trading halt for VDRM? There are no trades today for the first two hours. Do trading halts get posted somewhere?
Jim Cramer on CNBC today around 9:30 ET discussed in some detail that Lilly has a new drug for Alzheimer’s that he thinks could receive FDA approval by the end of March 2024. He thinks that it is going to be a game changer for Alzheimer’s. I do read this AVXL board fairly regularly. I have not seen the Lilly drug discussed here or maybe I missed it.
Can anyone with knowledge about the field of Alzheimer’s treatment elaborate on this Lilly product. Could the AVXL drugs be used in combination with the Lilly drug? What is the name of the Lilly drug? What is the mechanism of action? Is it a small molecule oral drug that is simple to administer like the AVXL products?
The Lilly stock price is doing very well. They already have a blockbuster success with their GLP-1 agonist drugs for diabetes and for obesity. The AVXL stock price in stark contrast does not reflect much investor optimism. The phase 2b-3 for Alzheimer’s was declared to meet all end points in December of 2022 but that seems to be not believed to be true by Wall Street or by scientists in Neurology except for a few distinguished researchers. The peer reviewed article in a reputable journal could change things for us as would regulatory approval. Has Cramer ever mentioned AVXL?
Thanks.
It is surprising to see a positive post about PSYCF. Every post for 6 months or so has been negative. Thanks if you are sincere.
Correction. 12:14 and 28 seconds ET
I got a fill of a stink bid at 0.0155 at 12:28 and 28 seconds for 50,000 shares. 10 seconds later 500,000 shares fill in rapid order for 0.0150. Then a few seconds later 200 shares fill for 0.0144. Hours go by with AXIM with no trading at all usually. Is it a computer algorithm that activated? We remain down 10%.
Did my stink bid have any causative effect towards the 10% drop in AXIM stock price in the middle of the day today? If so I apologize for that.
Thanks.
Is there a a real question about the proper ownership of the DED IP? I read somewhere on a message board that it was an issue. That could explain the stock price and also the lack of acknowledged sales of DED tests. Thanks.
In the You-Tube interview the CEO talks about a lot of things. It is well worth viewing. A muscamine (SP) vape to assist in sleep could have a larger market than the sublingual tincture. The actual effective dose by tincture is double the recommended dose. That means the Dropper Bottle runs out in 7 or 8 days. A continual user would need 4 a month at $200 per month cost. Generic Benzos are $10 for 30 pills.
Generic Benzos can cause the worst ever withdrawal symptoms. Calm would likely not do that or much less of a withdrawal of anxiety, insomnia, and motor tremor.
Is 49 shares traded by a market maker some sort of signal if repeatedly done? I see numerous 49 share trades today.
Are there any other products that PSYCF could sell in the future in addition to the Amanita Muscaria product “Calm”?
What is the competition that is also selling Amanita Muscaria products? Are they doing well?
Does Calm work well in tandem with other OTC sleep aids to get a stronger sedative effect?
Thanks
Can you recommend any of these books that expose the stock price manipulation corruption activities done by the professional traders?
I am also interested in how the hedge funds engage in short selling schemes while accumulating shares of promising companies at artificially discounted prices.
Is it legal for these Wall Street evil doers to do the massive short selling and paid third party bashing while building up a long position?
Does the SEC care about this issue?
The average investor likely has no idea about what is going on, especially the naked shorting and dark pools.
Thanks
Has there ever been a paid basher who has confessed to the truth? These people could perhaps write a best selling book.
I went to my Fidelity account. It is a multi stage process before learning that CE stock purchases are not permitted for anyone regardless of acknowledging the risk. At the initial buy trade page there is a green buy button unlike IBKR where you only see a red sell option, but no buy option at all.
I do not think that the trader you mention actually was able to buy CATV at Fidelity if that person is living in the United States.
Perhaps a Canadian with a Fidelity account could buy. I don’t know. Thanks.
Hello Blue Skys, Can you elaborate on how if Ziv would have allowed you to change the your voting shares that things could have been different?
I remember the Traveller saying that he had a deal lined up that would have saved the company but that he was ignored.
And there was one other guy who wrote about sitting on an airplane with someone who was intrigued by OWCP and wanted to invest. This guy also was also rebuffed by OWCP management, either Ziv Turner or Bignutz.
Was the granted Dermatology patent abandoned, fees having not been paid and lost?
You seem to be new here Big Board. In February to March period of 2023 VDRM went from 0.006 to 0.03. Orca said he had bought massively near that low and boasted deservingly here on this board that he was out having sold it all at 3 cents. That is near perfect trading.
Knowing when to sell is the hardest thing I think but knowing how to spot the time to buy at a bottom is also an important skill. When there has been a parabolic sharp sudden asymptotic move a newbie trader would fell giddy most certainly but due to inexperience could succumb to a FOMO and sell too few shares or none at all. The smartest, most experienced traders always seem to sell knowing they can just buy it back later for a cheaper price. Why lose the brief affordance window?
The Large Minnow knew to sell it all right at the top of the spike. That previous one was X5. This one was X2. He could have ten times as many shares now as compared to the amount he held before and have spent no additional funds to own them. 10 X is an order of magnitude.
That is expert trading if it is really true.
Thanks for that information. I have IBKR as well. There must be a significantly tighter spread between bid and ask in Canada. OTCBB here it is now 0.0554 by 0.0606.
What is the current price of a retail pound in Oregon? As other businesses go bankrupt perhaps the price will be expected to rise further. It could be a shakeout of the smaller and less efficient producer companies in the cannabis space.
I live in Colorado and have heard of $300 pounds of good quality cannabis wholesale price being sold when a producer needs cash to cover expenses. I think that $500 per pound at wholesale might be around break even. This is an estimate.
What I would have in mind is not all 5000 penny stocks but rather a rule specifically for biotech stocks, and perhaps energy innovation stocks that trade under $5.00. There are 84 million Americans who live with pain everyday due to disease, injury or old age. The best possible medical care requires new ideas and new drugs, procedures or devices.
My proposition is that biotech, since it serves our most important and urgent needs would be protected from legal financial corruption. If you bought a share you can sell that share anytime if you are small fry retail. Institutions, HF, and wealthy traders would have a holding period. They can not sell short until the PPS is over $5.00.
Companies would still be able to raise money by selling shares. The toxic convertible debt problem could be avoided it seems to me. Dilution is surely a problem for investors, but the secret collusive schemes to go naked short and then massively dilute could be controlled. When the share price is significantly higher because of a lack of deceptive collusive share selling schemes then the shares that get sold are more effective in raising the needed capital for the company. These are just my ideas. Tell me why I am wrong about this.
The bad actors who make so much money through the legal corruption might have a compassion for curing diseases or saving our planet from a climate disaster. They could still make their ill begotten money on the myriad companies that do things that don’t really matter much.
Thanks
Thanks MallenNV for that court case. There is so much corruption from all sides except for the gullible long retail investor who places trust almost blindly.
If NWBO gets FDA approval to treat glioblastoma perhaps that would overcome the massive debt. The shorts are thinking that those are long odds and that they would be able to cover before that ever happens.
Do you see any reforms that could make the penny stock market more transparent and fair for the gullible and vulnerable retail investor?
Is short selling a necessary feature for efficient price discovery? Perhaps short selling should not be allowed for a security that is below a certain market cap. Stocks that are held long would be allowed to be sold, but no short selling or naked short selling. What harm would be done by doing this to protect small companies from abusive practices?
Toxic convertible debt could also be regulated to eliminate abusive practices similar to the usury laws that limit outrageous interest rates from being imposed.
Thanks
The problems that we discuss are being addressed directly in a court case filed by NorthWest Biotherapeutics NWBO. The troublesome issues are most pronounced in the small cap biotech arena. The following is a comment placed on the NWBO board where the harms are being addressed and the plaintiffs are attempting to have the corruption become specifically delineated.
“We all agree that spoofing of any company developing a life-saving treatment and the associated naked shorting which it facilitates is reprehensible in the extreme.
We all know that this results in a depressed share price (and hence the value of the company).
We all know that a Nobel Prize winning economists affirms that this is not a transient phenomenon but has long term effects on the share price.
In the submission by Cohen Millstein against Market Makers, Citadel and other hedge funds, the claim is made that:
The company believes that the market makers directly impacted the price of Northwest Biotherapeutics’ shares in the market .... causing Northwest Biotherapeutics to suffer significant losses as it sold millions of shares at artificially depressed prices and was slowed in bringing its encouraging drugs to market.
I would like to ask 2 questions:
1] Is there any actual evidence that spoofing or any form of shorting has ever resulted in a delay in obtaining regulatory licencing for a therapeutic, and specifically for DCVax-L?
2] If there is such evidence, can the delay to the licencing of DCVax-L be quantified?
If there is a quantifiable delay, I would hope that Ms. Posner of Cohen Millstein would provide Judge Gabriel Gorenstein with a fairly accurate assessment of how many patients in the USA died from GBM having been denied the possibility of curative treatment with DCVax-L because of the delay in its licencing consequent upon the illegal spoofing.
One would certainly hope that with such information, the case would go to trial so that the defendants could not buy their way out of being exposed for what they are and that this would allow Judge Gorenstein to make the punishment fit the crime.”
Thanks
Fair and efficient price discovery cannot happen with all of this MM collusion that we have discussed and analyzed. The individual retail investors need to let the regulatory agencies and congress know about their concerns.
Do you think there is anybody who is educated and articulate that is currently reaching out to convey the salient information to make changes that protect the integrity of investing with regard to penny stocks and those stocks trading under $5.00?
Ultimately, like you have said before, it is Congress that must make amendments to the laws.
Is there a limited wealth retail investor association?
Thanks.
Thanks MallenNV. I have seen this before. The 911 share trade would be a noticeable thing to watch out for.
Are the market makers largely incentivized to collude with each other most of the time or do they sometimes try to fool each other to make more money?
What are the qualifications to become a market maker?
Thanks
A question about SGMD.. If i put in a GTC order to buy at $0.0001 and also a GTC order to sell at $0.0002 can I repetitively buy at the low and sell at the high doubling my money with each trade? If it were possible everybody would do it as it seems too good to be true.
I got out of MMNFF as the trend upwards has paused. I had around a 40% gain in about two weeks time. The losses seem overwhelming. TLRY is not allowed to own shares. Wouldn’t the future cannabis success stories be the companies the gather up the distressed assets at bargain prices in bankruptcy and then go on to have sizable sales with no debt? The massive debts do no good.
Thanks for your tip.
With such a low daily volume of trading how do the savvy shorts sell massive amounts of shares at say $1.93? You said yourself that once someone tries to sell TREN that the pps would tumble. Thanks
TREN is really moving up today. Are you going to cover your short position?
TLRY seems to be in a death spiral as it has convertible debt financing. Almost all cannabis stocks are in free fall at this time.
TLRY cannot really bail out MMNFF when they are so weak themselves it seems.
Thanks
I read the dilution news. The second tranche for $7.5 million requires shareholder approval. What will be the percentage devaluation of share value after all is diluted? Thanks
This is a reference to what Tilray owns by Cheebacara at YF MMNFF board. It is said Tilray is not allowed to own shares.
“You know that’s a lie, they bought senior secured debt from Gotham Green that’s rapidly becoming worthless. TLRY can’t own any of Medmen and stay on NASDAQ. See B, that’s why I’m here, without me there would only be shill lies on this board.Do your DD people.
Since the toxic convertible debt holders want a lower price to convert their debt shares, doesn’t that fact put powerful downward pressure on the share price of MMNFF?
If the price were to drop to $0.005 would the conversions be 5X or 7 billion new outstanding shares of MMNFF instead of the 1.4 billion shares noted by the quoted bearish investor?
Could Tilray eliminate this toxic debt?
Thanks
