looks lke it was old (2003), however found lots of Hurricane IKe stories involving the bunker, all of them seem to think Westlin still runs operations...

by the way just for fun i did a google for'lconroeboater' who it looks like was suspected to be david herr, only thing i found in the last year is some link to a gambling website(!)

Maybe there is something... After years of being in this stock I don't believe a thing that David Herr says. For all we know the new plan could be to let the stock tank and scoop up the shares. On the other hand if it is true that he "tried but couldn't make it work" and is no longer affiliated with Westlin, maybe he was let go for the better. So far we have no confirmation tht Westlin is no longer affiliated with the bunker or that they don't have something else going on. In the mean time for micropennies on the dollar what have we got besides entertainment?

what he said exactly was that he tried to make westlin work but couldnt, and he has nothing to do with westlin any more.
I cant find any way to figure out how to get in contact with whoever is in charge of westlin.

Only thing which gets me is that shareholders kept shares after bankruptcy that means there should have been a plan going forward.
also a while back we saw that large volume day which tells me at least that trading is active at times and hopefully that means something is going on.

Jitz, did David actually say that Westlin had nothing to do with the bunker? Here’s something interesting. Westlandbunker.com was created November 28th 2007, a month after David Herr supposedly stopped working at Westlin. Westlin Corporation was listed as the registrant, administrative and technical contact. Both Westlandbunker.com and Westlin.com were updated about a week ago with Westlin Corporation still listed as the registrant, administrative and technical contact. I'm pretty sure that if the registrant cannot be contacted (I posted contact info below) they could loose the domains, let me know and I will inform ICANN. With that being said, let's also see if they update the contact information. Maybe we will see David Herr as the new contact :)

it cant be for a small flip as there is no volume and the ask is still at 0.017.

If I know anything about leases, that 20 year Westlin had with the bunker should have continued regardless of a sale. If that is correct and they don't have anything to do with the bunker today, perhaps David ended it. It appears that David is doing the same thing at the bunker without Westlin. This is after years of trying to get people to buy into Westlin's future. Some of us did. I don't feel one bit sorry for him.

There should be a way to find out contact information of any corporation, a registered agent or something to that effect. I will look into it.

just to let you all know (if any remain) i believe we have nothing to do with the bunker and i am holding this now only as a shell play.
david eventually got back to me and said he had nothing to do with westlin anymore.
I am tempted to delete all from the IBOX.
I need to find a way to contact to Donald (E?)Dickson or Robert Renner, as they are in charge (apparently). however I think i tried to call the right Don Dickson but no numbers which i believed were his worked, in addition i have no idea which Robert Renner to get in touch with.
I have e-mailed David again but no info forthcoming on how to contact these two guys


OS is still around 75 million , confirmed with the TA, however they have no company contact on file.
One thing that is attractive is that, if this is a shell we should have a very clean one coming through bankruptcy intact.
I really want to see what the court has on file for the bankruptcy case but not sure how to get to it on the website or even to order the transcript. if anyone has ideas let me know. I thought there must have been a plan so that we kept our shares!


David must have lied or not mentioned to STERV that he was just talking about the bunker and not WSTN, either that or he is lying to me and WSTN does still have something to do with the bunker.

I almost felt sorry for the guy (David) as he said he had spent his retirement funds to get the company to work and most of his time for the past 5 years. I cannot fathom how he failed though as there is obviously demand for the Bunker. anyway if anyone else want to dig anything up feel free. I have had enough for now.

current market cap = approx 75000000 * 0.004 = $300000, so plenty of upside.

I may be wrong on the above but this is how i think things stand.

thanks Steve, to be honest quite a lot of the stuff is already covered in STERVCs posts but that was all THIS year, so David Herr would have to have been flat out lying then.

Westlin Corp. never owned it as far as I know. According to Westlin PRs they were in the process of buying it several times though...

Regarding the comment of keeping the shareholders intact in December, to me it confirms that David Herr from Texas TX was still trying at that time and his non-presidency was indeed back dating. Not that I don't understand his embarrasment, I do. But, if he's trying to avoid responsibility for today, like posting on messageboards he leaves big dumb clues that give him away. Plus how could this look better? He walked away from the company a year ago but never told anyone? Even today we had to read it in his profile on another website, and use guessing to fill in the blanks.

I highly doubt that he is being told not to respond to you. Wouldn't someone else from the company respond in that case? Even to say that they cannot comment? It sounds like cowering to me.

I have an idea that may shed light on things. Why not call Pudge Properties and ask if Westlin has ANYTHING to do with the property. Then ask if David Herr from Texas TX has personally taken over what Westlin once did. That's just a hunch on my part based on what little clues there are available. Of course, that's why I'm asking if someone can confirm it.

maybe hes just not the president anymore, he said in dec 2007:

no point keeping shareholders intact if there was no business, also i feel he has been told to have no contact with shareholders at all, as i know he is reading my e-mails but not got back to me once, hopefully get something when resort opens. stervc contact was also this year, there just must be something going on.

I'm pretty sure that it wasn't in his profile a few months ago. I monitor certain things as we're on our own here. However, David was also quoted in a PR a few months after he "stopped being the president" also. Who knows maybe back dating is his way of denying recent company (failure - has it failed?) and stock price responsibility. He drove it to this level while in his complete control. He's probably embarrassed and wants a better resume. Tell me this though, if he was the only employee and he stopped being president, was their no president? Also was this a position change or did he stop being an employee altogether - did he leave the company with no one? All we really know is that he provided NO information to shareholders which looks equally bad if not worse imo. What CEO does thing like this?

looks like he doesnt take calls if you are a shareholder, so i guess I would have to pretend to be a customer or something, without knowing his role would make that difficult!!.

when a bigger holder bails it could be due to any number of reasons, however if the bid holds it means we have some buyers of the stock, who must be buying because they think its going higher.
