maybe hes just not the president anymore, he said in dec 2007:


"The two year process of the bankruptcy was difficult for the company. I'm pleased that we were able to complete the process successfully, repaying creditors at 100% and keeping shareholders intact during the process."

no point keeping shareholders intact if there was no business, also i feel he has been told to have no contact with shareholders at all, as i know he is reading my e-mails but not got back to me once, hopefully get something when resort opens. stervc contact was also this year, there just must be something going on.

also in your post what might "The new partnership is Montgomery LP"

it also says partnership somewhere (construction pics?)on the new website, so maybe this means us??
