Haha... Yes, I think we all have those expendetures.
I was thinking more like placing him and Degreed on anti-depressants.
I've blown more on ...well,,lets just say it was a good night,,
I agree, hif he isnt being paid, he should be in a mental
institution,,,,I can think of a few people to send with him
Yeah I know... I've dumped more on a scam pink and shrugged it off. Pretty sure he's being paid. There's no incentive to sit there and cry about it all frigging day long.
He is a freaking pansy.
If I had 110K shares and wasnt happy with the company or the way it was tradin, I would either take the loss or shut the hell up..
Crap its a lousy 660 bucks today,,,Big freaking deal...
Time to mess w/ FW the idiot. Amazing, obviously paid or part of a group. All this over 110k shares? LOL. Please.
That's a good thought.
Maybe when everything is established -- turn Drac over to YA.
I wholeheartly agree... but I don't believe Tom wanted to waste company money, nor the time....so maybe it wouldn't be worth it - IMO
Should have sued him into the ground...
Also know that when Dracula squatted the website, "www.seawayvalleycapitalcorporation.com", he added a single title to mislead investors - something to the effect of this...
"SWVC"
"A New Beginning"
The ones whom were invested in SWVC at that time and were active on iHub will recall this.
Understand now why someone might be "disgruntled"?
What did Tom have to say about Dracula's action (in a personal email shared with iHub)...
I do what I do FOR the shareholders of SWVC, and anyone (whether they are a friendly party or not) who squats my web address must be dealt with. I would think as a shareholder you'd want me to protect all shareholders, not just you and your friends. And with regards to the call to my brother, I was alerted to the bold lies you wrote about what he allegedly told you about SWVC's prospects. I personally know he said nothing of the sort, and do not appreciate my brother or anyone else being used and lied about to promote or denigrate the company. Lies are lies.
Regards,
Tom

Do you not see that you are at fault? You squatted on his domain name. Obviously, you wanted some form of compensation for it, regardless if it was just a pat on the back saying "nice job". I don't blame Tom one bit. You made him take time out of his schedule to deal with this, now you're pissed off cause he reacted in the only manner that is realistic, have the courts settle it. Unless you had that Domain name prior to you ever hearing about Seaway, or had a company named the same thing, your actions are the cause of this. I'm sorry your ill attempted business dealings cloud your judgement on this investment.
That whole act of squatting SWVC's website - by Dracula - was totally uncalled and inappropriate. I don't think anyone that was around during that time has forgotten about it.
It's a shame Tom had to deal with such a ridiculous issue.
LOL... it doesn't get more entertaining than this.

LOL puppy
I think that even the So Called Longs are starting to get the message that This is a SCAM Orchestrated by KK to initiate TS into the Underworld of Penny Stock Manipulation for Personal Gain ONLT without regard for anyone other than themselves. TS has served KK well! TS has been involved in some way with most all of KK's Money Sucking SCAMS, so it boggles the mind when I see those posts that say that KK suckered TS into the GSCR Shell. They Contrived and did this together of course IMO, making it even a Bigger Slap in the face of those that believed the BS Spewed by the Paid Touting Pumpers (who by the way will eventually be found to have seriously broken the CRIMINAL rulses of Section 17). At least three of them are Obvious Paid Self Contractors in the World of the Illegal Distrubution of FALSE and Misleading Information, even to include personal Insider Info claimed and passed on to the "HERD". They may think this is a Money Making Career, but they will find out different now that the SEC and other Agency's have been given the Latitude to track these CROOKS Down and Prosecute on Felony Charges. The CEO's will be charged also - for one reason, not reporting payment to the people in what are to be Full Disclosure Filings. A year or so in the Clink might make these Paid Liars rethink their education and get a REAL HONEST JOB. Arrests of the Board Mods and other Crooks have gone up over 2000% in the last 3 years, as peeps have had enough of the Blood Sucking Vermin and put enough pressure on Government to accelerate their search for those who contribute to the Theft of the innocents Life Savings. I have looked at the many forms for reporting questionable Activity and will post those on this site. If they get enough complaints about any particular person or persons including CEO's they will take Investigative Action. When Full Disclosure from the Company "IS DISCLOSED" (under SEC threat of more severe punishment than a Cease And Decist Order), the Cyber Thugs will be one the Run. It is my opinion that we will see shortly these Mods and others Opting out of the Boards that they are paid to join with free Non Traceable Alias's. There are people that know their wherabouts, as they pay them in Stock and Cash for their Crimes against the common investor.
More To Come!!!!

Words from Iacocca
This sort of nails some of the people I know who say "I've got mine. Why should I be concerned about anyone else.?"
Remember Lee Iacocca, the man who rescued Chrysler Corporation from it's death throes? He's now 82 years old and has a new book, and here are some excerpts.
Lee Iacocca Says:
"Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder. We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car.
But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, "Stay the course"
Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America , not the damned "Titanic". I'll give you a sound bite: "Throw all the bums out!"
You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore.
The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs. While we're fiddling in Iraq , the Middle East is burning and nobody seems to know what to do. And the press is waving 'pom -poms' instead of asking hard questions. That's not the promise of the " America " my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for. I've had enough. How about you?
I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged. This is a fight I'm ready and willing to have. The Biggest "C" is Crisis ! (Iacocca elaborates on nine Cs of leadership, crisis being the first.)
Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. It's easy to sit there with your feet up on the desk and talk theory. Or send someone else's kids off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself. It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down.
On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A Hell of a Mess So here's where we stand. We're immersed in a
bloody war with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving. We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the country. We're losing the manufacturing edge toAsia , while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs. Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are in trouble. Our borders are like sieves. The middle class is being squeezed every which way These are times that cry out for leadership.
But when you look around, you've got to ask:"Where have all the leaders gone?" Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense?
I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point.
Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo? We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened. Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane,
or demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in the crucial hours after the storm. Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again. Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next time.
Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when "The Big Three" referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it?
Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debit, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.
I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn't elect you to sit on your asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of? That some bonehead on Fox News will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change?
Had Enough?
Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope I believe in America. In my lifetime I've had the privilege of living through some of America's
greatest moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises: the "Great Depression", "World War II", the "Korean War", the "Kennedy Assassination", the "Vietnam War", the 1970s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11.
If I've learned one thing, it's this: "You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our children, we all have a role to play. That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a call to "Action" for people who, like me, believe in America . It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's shake off the crap a nd go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've had "enough."
Make your own contribution by sending this to everyone you know and care about. It's our country, folks; and it's our future. Our future is at stake!
Food for thought...
Duck and Cover: It’s the New Survivalism
By ALEX WILLIAMS
Published: April 6, 2008
THE traditional face of survivalism is that of a shaggy loner in camouflage, holed up in a cabin in the wilderness and surrounded by cases of canned goods and ammunition.
It is not that of Barton M. Biggs, the former chief global strategist at Morgan Stanley. Yet in Mr. Biggs’s new book, “Wealth, War and Wisdom,” he says people should “assume the possibility of a breakdown of the civilized infrastructure.”
“Your safe haven must be self-sufficient and capable of growing some kind of food,” Mr. Biggs writes. “It should be well-stocked with seed, fertilizer, canned food, wine, medicine, clothes, etc. Think Swiss Family Robinson. Even in America and Europe there could be moments of riot and rebellion when law and order temporarily completely breaks down.”
Survivalism, it seems, is not just for survivalists anymore.
Faced with a confluence of diverse threats — a tanking economy, a housing crisis, looming environmental disasters, and a sharp spike in oil prices — people who do not consider themselves extremists are starting to discuss doomsday measures once associated with the social fringes.
They stockpile or grow food in case of a supply breakdown, or buy precious metals in case of economic collapse. Some try to take their houses off the electricity grid, or plan safe houses far away. The point is not to drop out of society, but to be prepared in case the future turns out like something out of “An Inconvenient Truth,” if not “Mad Max.”

Thank you for the invite, I am honored to be among such minds. I'd like to contribute an article that might explain things...
A new brain-scan study may help explain what's going on in the minds of financial titans when they take risky monetary gambles -- sex.
When young men were shown erotic pictures, they were more likely to make a larger financial gamble than if they were shown a picture of something scary, such a snake, or something neutral, such as a stapler, university researchers reported.
The arousing pictures lit up the same part of the brain that lights up when financial risks are taken.
"You have a need in an evolutionary sense for both money and women. They trigger the same brain area," said Camelia Kuhnen, a Northwestern University finance professor who conducted the study with a Stanford University psychologist.
Their research appears in the current edition of the peer-reviewed journal NeuroReport.
The study only involved 15 heterosexual young men at Stanford University. It focused on the sex and money hub, the V-shaped nucleus accumbens, which sits near the base of the brain and plays a central role in what you experience as pleasure.
When that hub was activated by the erotic images, the men were far more likely to bet high on a random chance game that would earn them either a dollar or a dime. Each man made more than 50 gambles under brain scans.
Stanford psychologist Brian Knutson, a lead author of the study, says it's all about the power of emotion and arousal and our financial decisions. The trigger doesn't have to be sex -- it could be chocolate or a winning lottery ticket.
"It didn't matter if the sexy woman didn't tell you anything about the odds of winning a roulette game," Knutson said. "What really matters is that the sexy woman is having an emotional impact. That bleeds over into your financial decisions."
Kuhnen said the same link could hold true for women, but they didn't test it because it is more difficult to find an erotic image that would appeal to many different heterosexual women compared to heterosexual men.
The link between sex and greed goes back hundreds of thousands of years, to men's evolutionary role as provider or resource gatherer to attract women, said Kevin McCabe, professor of economics, law and neuroscience at George Mason University, who wasn't part of the study.
"Risk-taking is a natural way of increasing your relative success, but, of course, there's a downside to it, what we're seeing right now in the economy," McCabe said.
The results of the study jibe with the real life on the trading floor, said Phil Flynn, a former Chicago commodities floor trader and current analyst at Alaron Trading Corp.
"I'm not shocked that it may be part of the deal," Flynn said Friday. "When you talk about all the euphemisms for trading (on the floor), they can be used for sex as well."
("Massaging the market" and "hardcore" were about the cleanest that he and his colleagues could come up with.)
The study conforms with recent research that indicates men shown a pornographic movie were more likely to make riskier sexual decisions. Another suggests straight men think less about their financial future after being shown pictures of pretty women.
One still-to-be-published study at Harvard University found a link between higher testosterone levels and financial risk-taking.
But the study conducted at Stanford, funded by the National Institutes of Health, went deeper, using functional magnetic resonance imaging machines. It's part of a new but growing field called neuroeconomics that attempts to take the hard-wired science of brain biology and mix it with the softer sciences of psychology and economics to figure out why we make the financial decisions we do.
An earlier study by the same team found that the brain's reward area lit up at about the same time as risky decision-making.
The erotic pictures experiment was designed to find which was the cause and which was the effect. The answer: Lighting up the reward area, in this case with soft-core pictures, caused the risk-taking, Kuhnen said.
"The more activation there you have, the more prone you are to taking more risk," Kuhnen said. "It could be a feedback loop."
The flip side was that the photos of snakes and spiders activated the portion of the brain often associated with pain, fear and anger. And those people were more likely to bet low.
This all makes sense to Harvard economist Terry Burnham, author of the book "Mean Genes." Burnham said it could be all summed up in a famous line from the movie "Scarface."
"In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the women."

Officer Suspended After Gunfight With Another Cop in Georgia Street
Saturday, February 02, 2008
BUFORD, Ga. — Two off-duty officers from different police departments wounded each other in a gun fight in the middle of a road in an Atlanta suburb, authorities said.
Both officers suffered non-life-threatening wounds, police said. Their conditions were not immediately known on Saturday.
Officer Jay Daily, a five-year veteran of the Duluth Police Department, exchanged multiple gunshots with Fulton County officer Paul Phillips on Friday afternoon, police said.
Daily was in custody Saturday, charged with aggravated assault, Cpl. Illana Spellman of the Gwinnett County police said.
"It's been confirmed that the Duluth police officer was the aggressor in this case," Spellman said.
Phillips, 37, required surgery at Gwinnett Medical Center. There was no immediate response to a call seeking comment from the hospital Saturday morning.
"It's been baffling to us why this situation even occurred," said Duluth Police Chief Randy Belcher. "It's an embarrassment to this agency."
Phillips, who was wearing his uniform and in a marked police car, was driving to his home in Gwinnett County, police said. He was flagged down by someone who had seen Daily involved in a physical altercation with a woman in a sport-utility vehicle.
Daily, who lives in the area, was off duty and in civilian clothing but was wearing a bulletproof vest, police said.
Police did not know what relationship Daily had with the woman or what started the confrontation. The woman, who was not identified, later was hospitalized for minor injuries she suffered before the shooting started, police said.
Belcher described Daily as "an outstanding officer" and said he was suspended while the investigation is under way.
That's hilarious... thanks Faucet

TOP 8 MORONS OF 2007
1. WILL THE REAL DUMMY PLEASE STAND UP? AT&T fired President John Walter after nine months, saying he lacked intellectual leadership. He received a $26 million severance package. Perhaps it's not Walter who's lacking intelligence.
2. WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM OUR FRIENDS: Police in Oakland, CA spent two hours attempting to subdue a gunman who had barricaded himself inside his home. After firing ten tear gas canisters, officers discovered that the man was standing beside them in the police line, shouting, "Please come out and give yourself up."
3. WHAT WAS PLAN B??? An Illinois man, pretending to have a gun, kidnapped a motorist and forced him to drive to two different automated teller machines, wherein the kidnapper proceeded to withdraw money from his own bank accounts.
4. THE GETAWAY! A man walked into a Topeka , Kansas Kwik Stop and asked for all the money in the cash drawer. Apparently, the take was too small, so he tied up the store clerk and worked the counter himself for three hours until police showed up and grabbed him.
5. DID I SAY THAT??? Police i n Los Angeles had good luck with a robbery suspect who just couldn't control himself during a lineup. When detectives asked each man in the lineup to repeat the words: "Give me all your money or I'll shoot", the man shouted, "that's not what I said!" .
6. ARE WE COMMUNICATING??? A man spoke frantically into the phone: "My wife is pregnant and her contractions are only two minutes apart". "Is this her first child?" the doctor asked. "No!" the man shouted, "This is her husband!"
7. NOT THE SHARPEST TOOL IN THE SHED! In Modesto , CA , Steven Richard King was arrested for trying to hold up a Bank of America branch without a weapon. King used a thumb and a finger to simulate a gun. Unfortunately, he failed to keep his hand in his pocket. (hellooooooo)!
8. THE GRAND FINALE!!! Last summer, down on Lake Isabella, located in the high desert, an hour east of Bakersfield, CA, some folks, new to boating, were having a problem. No matter how hard they tried, they couldn't get their brand new 22 foot boat, going. It was very sluggish in almost every maneuver, no matter how much power they applied. After about an hour of trying to make it go, they putted into a nearby marina, thinking someone there may be able to tell them what was wrong. A thorough topside check revealed everything in perfect working condition The engine ran fine, the out-drive went up and down, and the propeller was the correct size and pitch. So, one of the marina guys jumped in the water to check underneath He came up choking on water, he was laughing so hard.
NOW REMEMBER...THIS IS TRUE.
Under the boat, still strapped securely in place, was the trailer!
Anything goes here -- so odd news and BBB's artwork is fine :)
HA!!! That's classic.
