AP, the thing to keep in mind is that Tom kicked Kevin K (KK) down to COO. Why would he do that? Simple -- if Tom can resolve the GS debt issues made by KK, he can gain more B shares and majority control of GS. Since SWVC requires that acquisitons are to be restructured (WB & Hacks are examples), the rolling in of GS should require a restructuring of the GS companies into a monolithic structure which can provide Permo long term service while turning a profit. (Read the permo news -- who toured the plants?)
