Just sold my X stock bought way back at $20.00 per share. Sold at $50.12 a 150% increase. Just wish I bought more than 1 share LOLOL.....
P.S. problem is they are selling out America to foreigners - Treason in my book. This should get reversed or stopped soon. It is a matter of National Security. So the military needs to step in on this one.
ARGHHH Billy have you never been to sea?
Now only a certain few would recognize that saying. Some folks would get deathly sick from those swells. Others would love it. I am one of the fools that would love it
Yup, still windy here (near Tampa) and east coast gonna get hit good all the way up it appears.
Local weather talking-head says it all has to do with El-Nino being one of the strongest on record...
Bad tropical storm(s) headed up the east coast from Florida…
Sunday musing- I just got back from a 7-day Caribbean cruise (Dominican Republic, St. Thomas, Tortola,) and was supposed to finish in the Bahamas where the Spousal Unit and I signed up to run some jet skis through the waves- The seas had other plans--- 8-10 foot swells with sustained winds 25-30kts gusts to 40+kts. We rocked and rolled for three nights straight on the ship. Still got bruises on my forehead from doing headers into the wall while standing at the urinals (the booze had nothing to do with it). Couldn't get into the Bahamas Friday, so the ship puttered around the ocean all day taking their time getting us back into dock in Florida on Saturday
Came back to Florida yesterday to tropical storm rain and winds.
What gives?😒
YEP - NOT sure what to make of GGE other then its a POS lol

NYBob... this is where all my hope is based. There is a plan and I know we will see this movie end.

U.S. Steel board reviewing multiple bids over $40 per share, CNBC reports
U.S. Steel's (X) board is meeting today to review bids received for the company, including "multiple bids" valued at over $40 per share, CNBC's David Faber reports, citing sources. Among the bids being reviewed is one made by Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF), which is "certainly" over $40 per share, the reporter added while speaking on-air.
maybe bounce tomorrow maybe sell off further' A bunch of these are 95% losses so people who had good years tax loss selling now. I didn't trade much this year so assume I am level ( ish)
Ill take the UNDER LOL

Well YOu should of stuck with the one I am not in in WBUY as its is bouncing to .80 while GGE just took another dump to 8 cents
I hope those are bottoms LOL
ok, so I bought both WBUY and GGE. Just to have some skin in the game. only $100 each lol. GGE at .0908 and WBUY at .7199
TO DA 🌔
😄
I have 100 stocks on various tickers so I have one group of stocks i stick in there for tax losses - you go in there and some old stock is up 300% on the day then again the next day then you chaeck you brokerage accounts to find out the 1000% gainer over the past week makes you only down 98% lol
Just got this message. Ha! 😆 Yes, that's happened to me from time to time. I hold some of these symbols as a badge of honor when I have 1 share of some obscure stock and I'm down 99.9% on it (after multiple reverse splits).
GBIW hmm, doesn't ring a bell, but if it's a shit penny stock, I probably owned it.
Looks like it traded on the AMEX at one point. Symbol GBI

S&P apparently gonna rebalance- #msg-173345076
I want to be launched into outer space and get discovered by another civilization in another solar system, ensuring that Earth would never be attacked by those aliens after seeing my ugly face…
He was a year or two younger than me.
It has me thinking about my eventual death, we'll all end up there eventually.
What I'd like, after my death, is that they extract all usable organs for transplants, that of course is possible BUT, then I want them to put the rest of my body into a wood chipper and spread it in the fields to give new life to new plantations as fertilizer. (most likely illegal)
Both ensure that I live on in some form..
Sorry to be so morbid
A guy from work died a few days ago from pancreatic cancer, came on fast and ended fast.
A colleague said he could pick me up tomorrow to go to the funeral home to look at the dead body. I said no. It is perhaps just me, but the last thing I want is a memory of looking at him dead (I have a photographic memory), I prefer keeping my memories of him alive.
The best I can do his think of him and this song;
And of course raise a glass...
There is yet another way, has worked to me, hmmmm 3 maybe 4 times (but that was never my intention)
Call them up, complain, start calling everyone an asshole or a MF.
They'll shut down your account real quick, no charge....
I must hold the record for brokerage firms kicking me to the curb.
At least I was not the only one with these worthless biscuits of slop. Hope you can clear your trash from your account. So far with schlub, I don't see any maintenance fees popping up yet. So I leave it be. Maybe I should just close it completely. Don't know how that works. But I feel, it is good to have a back up account. Thing is though I would have to fund it and I am hesitant to do so. It is a conundrum.
Yeah, originally was Scotty and EVERYTHING transferred to TDA. I had asked in the past about removing my old trading "mistakes" when TDA took over but was told it would cost all kinds of $$ for them to do all the paperwork and DD so I elected to leave them there and take up space.
I wish Schwab would take the other worthless piles of dog biscuits I own and simply make them disappear as well...
I have Charles SCHLUB too with a 0 (zero) balance. Used to me TD Ameritrade. Before that was SCOFFTrade. I can't get rid of the last two securities or whatever they are. Had to pay $$$ to get rid of plenty of other penny crocks I bought in 2006. Kept getting charged "maintenance fees" for items I lost $$$ on all those years ago. And was even in the RED with a negative value. Git sick and tired of it. This is why I never buy OTC crocks any longer. They are money pits.
Schwab clearing out some of my VERY old (15+ years ago) trading mistakes 🤗 (#msg-173342878)
GENESIS BIOVENTURES???? Never heard of it lol!! Who knows what the original name/ticker was then OR why I even played it...
Hey Bob, I may double my money soon. I bought X stock at $20.00 and it is getting close to $40.00. Amazing how people like stocks whereby workers will be LOSING their jobs. Sounds like an oxy moron to me. But people seem to profit off misery I guess. I bought the stock to watch the company succeed and flourish. Do you know why stocks rise with layoffs ? I always thought that layoffs mean LESS productivity and hence less profits. Maybe I am just a dumbazz. I only have one share LOL.
Good to know. I own plenty of land in Arizona in 4 Counties. One of them being Pima where Tucson is located. I'd rather own the land than an OTC stock. Maybe I will sell my property to an oil & gas conglomerate. I already own all the mineral Rights too on them. Had a search done years ago and paid $200 for the investigations. Every week I get mail from multiple land buyers who want me to sell. I tell them all to pound sand and take a hike.
Own a ton of TTNN at .05 average welcome aboard.

Anyway, back to work Monday after 3 months, about time, everything has started to get monotonous. Netflix holds no interest anymore, radio the same, books, I've read about 30 in 3 months, I grabbed another to read a couple days ago. I cannot remember having read it before, but I most certainly have.
badly written, too much dialogue, not enough narrative
Jack Higgins, Midnight Runner.
Maybe I'm just not giving it an honest effort. I have other Higgins books around which are good or extremely weird, but readable.
Well, the ultrasound was yesterday and BLAH BLAH BLAH infection BLAH BLAH BLAH.
No wonder the french health care system has problems. I could have written the diagnosis without the ultra sound.
Anyway, here is a brief version of the diagnosis, some words I don't know haw to translate;
A n irregular formation parallel to the skin, very hypoéchogène with probably some liquid, a real hypervascularisation measuring 22*16*11 mm
it is starting to do fistulisation with large pertuis containing liquid, a little échogène
The rest is just gobbledeegook., most of that probably was
Next step DR Monday.
Thanks for the heads-up, I'll be sure to avoid ABQQ
must see this ABQQ research article https://x.com/StockPicksNYC/status/1726699786689241313?s=20
wow a lot folks jumped to a lot of conclusions in the end it was NOt terrorist activity - It was NOT a border breach NOT a Canadian. In the end it sounds like 2 western NY state dudes driving a Bentley at a very high speed and as much as they tried to fly over border they stayed in the USA.
