I wish Schwab would take the other worthless piles of dog biscuits I own and simply make them disappear as well...

There is a way, say, open another account with Schwab, or anyone, transfer out all the good stuff out, just leaving the crap, then tell them you want to close the first account or give it to charity...

Charity, that would be a bad idea, would be like taking your garbage bag and giving it to a homeless person just in case you may have left something still worth eating in it.
