A n irregular formation parallel to the skin, very hypoéchogène with probably some liquid, a real hypervascularisation measuring 22*16*11 mm

Essentially, to me, it says there's a 2.2 cm X 1.6cm X 1.1cm hypoechogenic mass most likely fluid filled cyst or pus. I get the impression that there is a connected secondary cystic structure that may contain some echogenic material (most likely the pus) hence the mention of fistula formation. The "hypervascualrisation" thing has me confused though- that usually suggests tumor. Hypoechogenic simply refers to the lack of returning echoes on ultrasound. Sound waves travel through a liquid medium much faster/easier than through air/solid material. The easier that ultrasound travels through a medium, the fewer the displayed echoes on the ultrasound screen.
