U.S. Steel board reviewing multiple bids over $40 per share, CNBC reports
U.S. Steel's (X) board is meeting today to review bids received for the company, including "multiple bids" valued at over $40 per share, CNBC's David Faber reports, citing sources. Among the bids being reviewed is one made by Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF), which is "certainly" over $40 per share, the reporter added while speaking on-air.
