Room temperature skyrmions at zero field in exchange bias ultrathin films

We demonstrate that magnetic skyrmions with diameters around 60 nm can be stabilized at room temperature and zero external magnetic field in an exchange-biased Pt/Co/NiFe/IrMn multilayer stack. This is achieved through an advanced optimization of the multilayer stack composition in order to balance the different magnetic energies controlling the skyrmion size. Magnetic imaging is performed both with magnetic force microscopy and scanning Nitrogen-Vacancy magnetometry, the latter providing unambiguous measurements at zero external magnetic field. In such samples, we show that exchange bias provides an immunity of the skyrmion spin texture to moderate external magnetic field, in the tens of mT range, which is an important feature for applications as memory devices. These results establish exchange-biased multilayer stacks as a promising platform towards the effective realization of memory and logic devices based on magnetic skyrmions.

Charge and Spin Currents in a Lower-Dimensional Supersymmetric Model in Presence of Vortices

We investigate charge and spin currents that may appear in some materials, considering the possible couplings and the symmetries of a field-theoretical model presented here. We inspect these possible currents in (1+2) dimensions by adopting an N =2 - D=3 supersymmetric framework with a Chern-Simons term and non-minimal couplings as well. We discuss a number of aspects in connection with a vortex configuration that is topologically viable. The new features of our investigation take into account the nature of both the U(1)-symmetry and supersymmetry (SUSY) breakings in presence of the vortex. We focus on aspects of the fermionic sector and their interactions with the currents. In connection with the spectrum of fermions, we also derive the mass gap in terms of the parameters of the the model. Another point we highlight is the role SUSY in our considerations. Once graphene and topological insulator materials are described by a Dirac-like equation, we assume, as a working hypothesis, that SUSY may also have some influence on the properties of these materials. Along this line, it is mandatory to connect the SUSY breakdown to this class of materials. We believe that our discussion could bring some elements for the understanding of this category of lower-dimensional systems.

In this work, a novel vertical quantum-dot light-emitting transistor (VQLET) based on a vertical organic thin-film transistor is successfully fabricated. Benefiting from the new vertical architecture, the VQLET is able to afford an extremely high current density, which allows most of the organic thin film transistors (OTFT) even with low mobility (for instance, poly(3-hexylthiophene)) to drive a quantum-dot light-emitting diode (QLED), which was previously unavailable. Moreover, the hole injection barrier could be modulated by the additional gate electrode, which precisely optimizes the charge balance in the device, a critical issue in QLED, resulting in the precise control of current density and brightness of the VQLET. The VQLET shows a high performance with a maximum current efficiency of 37 cd/A. Furthermore, integrating OTFT and QLED into a single device, the VQLET features drastic advantages by realizing active matrix quantum-dot light-emitting diodes (AMQLEDs), which significantly reduces the number of transistors and frees the large area fraction occupied by transistors. Hence, these results indicate that the VQLET provides a new strategy for realizing a low-cost, solution-processed, high-performance OTFT-AMQLED for the flat panel display technology. Moreover, the novel design offers a unique method to exquisitely control the charge balance and maximize the efficiency the QLED.

Piezoelectric properties of Ga2O3: a first-principle study

The compounds exhibit piezoelectricity, which demands to break inversion symmetry, and then to be a semiconductor. For Ga2O3, the orthorhombic case (?-Ga2O3) of common five phases breaks inversion symmetry. Here, the piezoelectric tensor of ?-Ga2O3 is reported by using density functional perturbation theory (DFPT). To confirm semiconducting properties of ?-Ga2O3, its electronic structures are studied by using generalized gradient approximation (GGA) and Tran and Blaha's modified Becke and Johnson (mBJ) exchange potential. The gap value of 4.66 eV is predicted with mBJ method, along with the the effective mass tensor for electrons at the conduction band minimum (CBM) [about 0.24 m0]. The mBJ gap is very close to the available experimental value. The elastic tensor Cij and piezoelectric stress tensor eij are attained by DFPT, and then piezoelectric strain tensor dij are calculated from Cij and eij. In this process, average mechanical properties of ?-Ga2O3 are estimated, such as bulk modulus, Shear modulus, Young's modulus and so on. The calculated dij are comparable and even higher than commonly used piezoelectric materials such as a-quartz, ZnO, AlN and GaN.

For 30 years, the Dept. of Energy and “scientific establishment” has blocked the truth about cold fusion (Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions), the ultimate “renewable” energy solution for humanity

Despite all the alarm and warnings about fossil fuels and carbon dioxide emissions, the “scientific” establishment has systematically blocked the publication of science papers and the dissemination of knowledge about cold fusion, also known as Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR).

LENR describes a phenomenon that has been replicated in hundreds of laboratories around the world, including labs in Japan, China, France, Italy, and across the USA. It involves the release of excess heat energy — unexplainable by normal chemical reactions — through an electrochemical process that transforms mass into energy via a mysterious fusion-like phenomenon that takes place at temperatures close to room temperature.

Originally announced by Fleischmann and Pons at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, in 1989, so-called “cold fusion” (which was never called cold fusion by Fleischmann and Pons, by the way) was almost immediately derided as fiction by establishment physicists who were trained in hot fusion (involving a plasma). The Dept. of Energy, which protects the industry of nuclear fuel in order to produce weapons-grade nuclear materials as a byproduct of nuclear fuel production, crudely denounced cold fusion as a hoax. This all took place before the rise of the internet and the alternative media, so the entire narrative was controlled by the establishment media (NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, etc.)…. which we now know routinely lies to the American public about everything of substance.

Thus, the entire field of cold fusion, representing the best hope for renewable, clean energy for humanity, was maliciously discredited by the scientific establishment in order to protect the careers and reputations of “hot fusion” scientists and bureaucrats. As part of the campaign to destroy any research into cold fusion, two brilliant scientists — Fleischmann and Pons — were discredited, ridiculed and smeared by the establishment. They were labeled con artists and quacks, even as they had given the world an extraordinary gift that could revolutionize the application of clean energy technology for the world.

(You’ll recognize this pattern everywhere: When a brilliant researcher dares to announce something that makes the status quo obsolete, they are immediately attacked, smeared and ridiculed, then stripped of all funding and sometimes even criminally prosecuted and imprisoned. This is what “science” has become in our world: An authoritarian cult of thought police, now fully protected by the tech giants that censor all opposing views on every subject involving science and medicine.)

The science establishment has become a dangerous cult of anti-knowledge and the suppression of real innovation for humanity

This just further proves how so-called “science” is actually a dangerous anti-knowledge cult. No evidence that contradicts the current beliefs of the cult is allowed to be presented. No facts that don’t fit current models will ever be published. The science establishment has abandoned the search for knowledge and truth, and in its place we now get total junk science lunacy pushing progressivism nonsense like the absurd idea that there are an infinite number of genders and than “men can have babies.”

And instead of embracing the promise of LENR technology which could replace billions of barrels of oil consumption around the world, the scientific establishment instead pushes the climate change hoax, pretending that carbon dioxide is a pollutant that will destroy the world. (In fact, CO2 is the miracle greening molecule for all plant life on Earth. Without it, human civilization and nearly every food web on the planet would collapse.)

Mainstream “science,” in other words, has become a complete joke. Meanwhile, governments around the world are spending hundreds of billions of dollars trying to build a hot fusion plasma reactor that so far has eluded any practical achievement. By current estimates, the hot fusion scientists might be able to produce one calorie of excess heat by the year 2050. Yet Fleischmann and Pons were already producing excess fusion-like heat energy in a low-cost lab in 1989. For pennies, essentially… not billions of dollars.

You think mainstream “science” is the search for the truth? Think again. It’s really about keeping humanity uninformed, illiterate and enslaved under the tyranny of dangerous vaccine ingredients, nuclear weapons, poorly-designed nuclear power plants and ill-conceived GMOs that threaten mass genetic pollution across our croplands. The realm of “science” has become more interested in suppressing knowledge than sharing it. Pykg2vec is an open-source Python library for learning the representations of the entities and relations in knowledge graphs. Pykg2vec's flexible and modular software architecture currently implements 16 state-of-the-art knowledge graph embedding algorithms, and is designed to easily incorporate new algorithms. The goal of pykg2vec is to provide a practical and educational platform to accelerate research in knowledge graph representation learning. Pykg2vec is built on top of TensorFlow and Python's multiprocessing framework and provides modules for batch generation, Bayesian hyperparameter optimization, mean rank evaluation, embedding, and result visualization. Pykg2vec is released under the MIT License and is also available in the Python Package Index (PyPI). The source code of pykg2vec is available at this https URL.
