if they reduce the number of shares. it would be most benificial by doing a share buy back at this level. if they do a r/s it would kill this stock.we are still in the developement stage of the company. imo

I wonder if he intends to keep MSEZ as its own entity or if he is/would consider selling/partnering with one of the stockbroker big boys. If the technology is so "state of the art", wouldn't it attract some suitors? GLTA!

Msez is probably updating their site in a test environment. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being really bad, I rank Msez's site a 5. There is a need for improvement to the interface of the site. Msez has an algorithm that powers their core application which intelligently predicts stock sentiment.

This technology might be really good, but its going to be difficult to sell the concept to potential clients when Msez website is so impressive. Would you feel comfortable eating at an outdoor restaurant located next to a garbage processing center ? Probably not. You certainly would not be excited with using Msez software , especially after it has been so poorly featured.

Mr Munz needs to take a course in marketing 101.
