that would be nice. we are bulding a company that will go geting everything in to place at this point.can give sites on what has been done. sence we became our own company after the revers merger . we became current with otc.now we have purchest videocourier to help compleat what we are doing.i think that the company has steyed on track and has done what they say they will.thats a good thing. so hopefully when we get the finalization of this deal the ppr will be higher then what it is now. i also can say he is not puting out alot of prs do to the fact they cost money. he puts them out when he feals there is some news to report by doing so it keeps cost down and gives company more money for operations of the company not prs just to say one was put out that had no value to it. if he through a bunch of prs out alot of the invester would say he isnt following through with any thing he said he was going to do and say they are junk prs. imo http://www.docstoc.com/docs/58378781/MEDIA-SENTIMENT--S-1A-Filing.

To be honest the acquisition news alone is not enough. The explanation of the benefits of the technology is basic to be of much interest. So far it doesn't impress me.

Msez will have to release a little more news in addition to this acquisition or we are not going anywhere.

MSEZ after all being said, pro or con, This super-sub penny is at least heading in the right direction. Acqiring another company with more acquistions on the way according to recent PR, not to mention reducing its share structure for the benefit of its shareholders. Who knows what other companies are yet to be acquired? At a price of .0001-0003 a few gambling dollars just might pay off handsomely and quite soon.
Once again I suggest the mods sticky the last PR. Also I'm sure Mr. Munz will explain in detail the recent acquisition once finalized in the next few days. To speculate as to what the new aquisiton is and how it benefits MSEZ without knowing all the facts shows investment immaturity. GLTA

from what i read in the pr we should have some more news this week or next.it said they foresee closing the transaction in 3to 5 business days. so i think we should here something on the finalized deal. we will have to see what happens.

You know the way Msez worded the acquisition. It's like their acquiring a technology asset of videocourier.com.'however if you go to videocourier.com, it doesn't look like the company has much beyond the asset being acquired. So I would have to assume that Msez is acquiring the whole company from whoever owns it.

No I don't thing we will have a run when the deal closes. We will have a run when Msez implements the technology, cleans up their website ,creates good uptodate online demos on how their collection of technological tools can aid an investor and list major companies that have signed up to implement Msez technology on their sites. Only then can we have a real and sustained run.

Of course this is the penny stock world crazy things happen. 3 days from now the stock can shoot up on news the company releases, but it will not be sustainable, it will come right down.

The sites a mess. It's completely disorganized. The FAQ are irrelevant to the core product. The other tabs make no sense. Msez will have to fully integrate this product and then demo it to potential clients to show exactly what benefits the product (video courier technology) offers.

On well back to the drawing board. Msez has no ground breaking news yet that can move its stock. We continue to watch and wait

this is my thought when we get it. it can be set up as a click sight where we get so much every time some one clicks on there sight and in the process we own the sight so what we put out on it we dont need to pay another company for.dont realy know what he has in mind but if it wasnt going to make us mony he would not have bought it. jmt
