As stated, I did travel from Virginia to Tempe, Arizona two weeks ago. I was able to locate Alexander Walsh and an associate at the office. We talked and I stressed the need to communicate with the stockholders and meet the terms set out by the SEC. I told him I had ownership of about 4% of the company and was there to help. In fact, while I was in his office, we called an oil/gas company named EQT my wife I had previously visited in their oil/gas operations in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Entrees were made by message to the CEO of the cavitation process LEXG offered and phone numbers were exchanged. Mr Walsh said that he would try to meet the terms of the SEC in the next 60 days. I asked him about the Louisiana oil royalties and he said that had been sold. I asked for how much and he said $800,000.00. I asked him where the money was and he said the bank. I left Arizona with a mixed feeling but thought I'd done all I could for now. As you know, the stock ceased trading until this week where it is trading on the gray market just this past few days. I'm thankful for this turn around and hope it will continue. I have not decided and can make no predictions about future stock prices or when or if I sell the stock.
I have followed up with the SEC about my visit and have written a followup letter to Mr. Walsh. I wish the company and all of you well.

I have searched the SEC.gov website looking for filings since the suspension. I don't see anything new. Does anybody have factual information on the issues raised by the SEC concerning late filings? Was LEXG granted an extension, etc.? TIA

Sandpiper: yes- lexg may easily go higher. Even though the company is a total scam, it could still triple or more, because there are always believers. It's very similar to another company- alyi- a pure p and d with no actual product- but it too has many dreamy investors- and it too can go up. These companies exist only as total non producing mirage entities- but you can make money- you just gotta get out before they totally vanish- which inevitably happens.

People this guy is a POS, I sold out long time ago right after the R/S and it spiked up so I'm not here to bash just to bash. However Alex scams involved a "constant" WE ARE ENTERING INTO THE FINAL STAGE-- of the FIRST stage LOL. Then pronounced the company would finally start seeing revenues from the "find" at a certain month, when reaching that stated month he then tells shareholders he has decided to sell that division and reinvest for an even BIGGER find. People I have seen every single line come out of this guys mouth with no actual intake. There are hundreds of scams BUT this guy always gets mentioned for being the worst. The SEC will fine him about 10k and he will start again, so for whatever its worth it DOES NOT MATTER if he is working hard to file his chit, it is just another attempt to draw this out for his enrichment only.

you seemingly don't understand the process. lexg has three options.

1) ignore the revocation notice and be revoked.

2) contest the revocation notice and be revoked. it will just take longer.

3) accept the sec's recommendation of voluntary revocation and, you guessed it, be revoked.

there are NO other options.

Positive help needed! I'm trying to organize contact with Lithium Exploration Group. So far, I have location possibilities in Alberta, Canada, Phoenix, Arizona, Tempe, Arizona, White Top Oil in Houston and Louisiana, MGX Minerals in Canada, Sturgeon Lake, Alberta, Canada, and a similarly named company - Lithium Energy Exploration Company. If anyone lives or works near one of these facilities, the shareholders could use your help in locating Alex Walsh so the documents requested by the SEC can be submitted. I respectfully disagree. If they file the requested reports by October the 8th and they are in order, the suspension will be lifted. If they have extenuating circumstances and need more time, the SEC may grant them more time. Otherwise, their ability to trade will be revoked.
Irregardless, Alex Walsh needs to be located and he needs to answer the call!

that is complete and total nonsense. an sec suspension is not a request for any type of information nor is it any type of deadline. the sec has already started the process for revocation. the 10 day deadline is to respond to the following notice, not the suspension.

also, in that notice the company has not been asked for documents. they have been asked why they should not be revoked. history shows that there is no valid reason. stocks that are suspended for delinquency get revoked. period.

Interestingly, though, its most recent periodic report is a Q for the period ended 31 March 2018. Obviously they're moving more quickly against these companies.
