If you have some money to invest, look at gvsi and srnw. These plays just got cleaned up by George Sharp and mergers incoming. Gvsi could see 100% soon.
Share cancellations on Nov 9th and name and ticker change anyday now from finra.
Srnw is in an audit for possible merger acquisition.
Good luck man, I hope you can get some money back.
Alex deserves a painful death. Pond scum is a good comparison.
Agreed, he scammed everybody. There were some strong believers in what he doing and saying. He completely scammed everyone. Hopefully he's in jail.
No updates on Alex the scumbag in quite awhile. My only hope is that he had a catastrophic "accident."
I'm really sorry to hear that, I lost money on this scam as well. But when I heard about the accident crap with the part in it, that was enough for me.
Can't believe Alex isn't in jail
I'm not telling you what to d, but check out GoFF, George Sharp custo play
George busts scammers like Alex for years. He might be the only guy getting OTC back.
Goff is about to merge with an NFT company.
No guarantees here, but I made alot of money on Tsnp run last year with George.
I don't even like George, but he's the real deal.
And I sincerely hope you get your money back.
I lost everything in 2008, lost right around 200k then lost my job making 125k a year. Then found out we were pregnant.
Talk about a smack in the face.
Good luck man, I just came in here to see if some old crew were in here.
I've always had my doubts about the product, but some guys in here thought it was the best thing since sliced bread.
Good luck my friend.
Hope you get it all back and some.
I would think that you may be a decent shot after spending that amount amount of time in the military. Alex would be well advised to watch himself. I only lost a few hundred and I would like to see him on the other side of the grass.
I am quite ashamed to admit I invested (gambled and lost) most of my life savings (about $70,000) from a 33-year career in the military, after I read many of Alex's eloquently written company reports/newsletters touting his special lithium extraction technology as a game changer and market advantage, but...the only advantage was my money to his company (and to him, I suppose). Well, somebody got rich and it wasn't me. I guess it's true what they told me in the Army..."You'll never get rich, you son of a bitch, you're in the Army now".
Because of Alex lies, I lost about $70,000 of my life savings all gone! What a fool I was to believe him. What a scam. Is there a class action lawsuit on this guy or the company?
IS there a lawsuit filed as yet on LEXG or the CEO and if so how can I contact the legal team handling it? Thanks
Re 600B over at rhe cuckoos nest....
Years ago i was firmly in the 2-10B camp but now that is relegated to longshot/lotto status.
Today, based on stark reality and lack of even a shred of CREDIBLE evidence i believe there is sadly $0.00 left.
Could I be wrong and we'll all be shocked?...sure, anything is possible, but that happening is very improbable IMO.
AZ talks a good game and maybe he knows something, BUT...for those with good memories his past record is poor and seems to amend his theoeies as time passes.
Had to respond here since i'm limited to 1ppd over there which turned out to be a blessing since i started focusing on other stocks that worked out great.
Re COOP looking to cash in @ $50 or so pending the momo but may hold onto a small posit in case the $100 pps comes at some point.
GLTY
Shocking that any company would consider employing this piece of pond scum.
Scammer turd Alex Walsh found another finance job
https://eventusag.com/meet-our-experts/
Alex should burn in hell. The trick is getting him there. One can only hope.
What this means is that the SEC is going for the real people behind all of these OTC scams. It’s terrific. I always wrote that Alex was a dirt bag but he was really just a tool of the people making the real money - the death spiral convertible holds who would short stock without locates and allow these scams to go on for years. This is great news!
That scum ball should be hung.
The SEC litigation means nothing to shareholders other than knowing at least one perpetrator that caused shareholder losses got caught and will have consequences.
Call me clueless, but what does this mean to the scammed shareholders?
LEXG referenced in SEC Litigation:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2020/comp-pr2020-72.pdf
Lithium Exploration Group, Inc. (“LEXG”)
i On February 13, 2013, Keener purchased a convertible note from
LEXG for $675,000 (with payments of $100,000 on that date; $50,000
on April 24, 2013; $50,000 on June 4, 2013; $50,000 on June 27, 2013;
$75,000 on August 14, 2013; $100,000 on December 10, 2013; $50,000
on February 20, 2014; and $200,000 on April 16, 2014).
ii Pursuant to the terms of the note, Keener elected to convert $106,392 of
the principal, interest, and “original issue discount” (“OID”) that LEXG
owed him into shares of LEXG’s stock on 14 occasions between April
20, 2015 and May 10, 2016. In so doing, Keener received a total of
344,744,000 newly issued shares.
iii Pursuant to the favorable terms that Keener negotiated for himself, the conversion price for these shares was 50% less than the lowest closing price for the stock in the 20 trading days preceding each conversion. The terms that Keener negotiated allowed him to spend significantly less money to acquire the shares than he would have paid on the open market.
iv Keener sold the shares shortly after each conversion (between April
2015 and May 2016), generating profits of $154,168, most of which
were attributable to the discounted acquisition prices that he negotiated.
Look into to XRP, its a crypto. Its gonna change the world, buy and hold.
Due your own dd, im not a financial advisor.
Its a long play, get in while its cheap.
I would think that he is constantly looking over his shoulder for someone with a sharp object or something that goes BANG. Not the kind of life I want to live.
Also remember once he broke his shaft and he could find only somebody from Austria to fix it. He couldn’t find an American to fix it. He lied for a living and that is his life. Very sad
Lax, you really got slammed big time by this SOB. You are a better man than me, and more forgiving. If he caused me to lose that much I would hunt him down like the mangie dog he is and squeeze his neck until his eyes popped out.
I sold (with minor loss) when his magic machine fell off the truck. I knew from then that he was playing investors as gullible a$$hole$.
Alex’s lies were reasonable and convincing. Only later we found out it was all lies and he lies to make a living.
Most OTC are scams/junk/garbage of some kind. Timing is critical when gambling on them to preserve gains and/or limit losses.
Assume CEOs are lying, misleading, witholding information.
Because of Alex’s lies I lost $26,000 dollars. It was very hard earned money. He used the Lithium word and along with all his lies he robbed people. He deserved to be punished but even if he goes to jail it doesn’t bring my money back.
I'm in. Keep us posted. Thanks.
Keep us in the loop, lets sue this chump for all he is worth.
I have contacted a law group. Will keep everyone updated with more info.
My email is angelodennings67@gmail.com
Feed him to the sharks
Shark bait wouldnt be to bad either.
Lost a bundle on Alex's scams and lies.
A quick death would be too good for him. Something that left him paralyzed for life or a brain injury that left him mentally incapacitated might be better. Scum like him don't deserve to walk this good earth.
Only returned to visit the remains of LEXG. So sorry for everyone that lost money here.
I'm thinking a bullet could be added to your list. I'm a small time investor but I have to believe there are those who lost a bundle, and would like to see that scumbag at room temperature. There would be no tears in my eyes should that happen.
Justice will never come to Alex Walsh.
Because justice would only come with an injection or an electrified chair or at the end of a rope.
Well, at least I can stop wondering what will finally become of the stock LEXG.
I would have to agree
There is nothing too terrible that could befall that pond scum.
OMFGawd what took them so long, this has been going on for a decade, sec approved everything the money laundering LEXG stock ticker wanted, A/S increases, R/S times like 10? and 250 Million bucks in Alex and friends pockets. this was a scam outfit from day 1, and SEC simply allowed it
alex is probably wining and dining in luxury in some exotic remote island some where in this world.
This ship was leaky from day one. To bad the "captain" did not drown.
Hopefully, you weren't on-board.
You replied to the wrong person, I'm afraid.
he looked you in the eye and lied.
So it seems. But that should surprise no one.
Surprise suprise... you should have beat the crap out of him while you had the chance. I would have. Next time dont be so gullible.
Never believe a bull$hit or.
Mr Walsh said that he would try to meet the terms of the SEC in the next 60 days
well, that didn't work.
Mr Hunter is to be admired for locating this looser. I truly believed that Alex was in hiding. As for $800K "in the bank", my retirement account puts that to shame. Maybe I should buy his magic machine (the one that fell off the truck). I could become an LEXG scammer just like Alex.
too bad you didn't ask the right questions. did you ask who the auditor was and where the company was in the compliance process? did you ask how the company responded to the sec in their revocation process? 60 days? lol. who made up that timetable and what does it represent? those are the pertinent questions.
As stated, I did travel from Virginia to Tempe, Arizona two weeks ago. I was able to locate Alexander Walsh and an associate at the office. We talked and I stressed the need to communicate with the stockholders and meet the terms set out by the SEC. I told him I had ownership of about 4% of the company and was there to help. In fact, while I was in his office, we called an oil/gas company named EQT my wife I had previously visited in their oil/gas operations in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Entrees were made by message to the CEO of the cavitation process LEXG offered and phone numbers were exchanged. Mr Walsh said that he would try to meet the terms of the SEC in the next 60 days. I asked him about the Louisiana oil royalties and he said that had been sold. I asked for how much and he said $800,000.00. I asked him where the money was and he said the bank. I left Arizona with a mixed feeling but thought I'd done all I could for now. As you know, the stock ceased trading until this week where it is trading on the gray market just this past few days. I'm thankful for this turn around and hope it will continue. I have not decided and can make no predictions about future stock prices or when or if I sell the stock.
I have followed up with the SEC about my visit and have written a followup letter to Mr. Walsh. I wish the company and all of you well.
Bill Hunter
