The whole point of what doesn't make sense is you don't take money and buy an asset to eventually dividend off income to "keep the doors open" (in your words). It's like saying we have limited cash but we are going to spend $800,000 to buy a house so that we have $5,000 in cash rental income coming in per month to keep the doors open - it truly doesn't make any logical sense - they should have just used the $800,000 or whatever they needed to run the business - not blown the cash when they needed cash - the payback period on any "real" investment is longer than the runway they claimed to be financing. Even if this were to spin off $400,000 per year - which I have gone into why it can't in other posts (just like you can't buy a house that will pay for itself in rent in less than two years or even five years - the returns are too high for the house not to sell at a higher price - this was a well-marketed asset and not one that a non-oil investor just happened to get lucky to find from an ignorant or naive seller) and even LEXG says it will be modest - they will have used 120% financing to make a 50% return investment (and 50% expected value investments do not exist other than in hindsight). The proof that this business was always a fraud is that they financed with death spiral convertibles at the equivalent of about 120% interest. If they were real they could have gotten reasonable financing via venture capital or via an industry (oil or other) partner. There were plenty of other red flags throughout their history also. Now the fact that they stopped filing financials should be the final warning sign to anyone who thought this business was legitimate IMHO.

IMHO, SonCav is to blame. LEXG had a business plan based on marketing the UCG in Canada. They bought property to test and show the tech to oil field prospects. SonCav is the developer. They fail to perform. They failed to get a working UCG to LEXG in a timely manner. LEXG ran out of money, had to sell assets to stop the drain and raise more money thereby diluting us again. SonCav is still testing. The UCG is not ready to market. LEXG had to choose. Repeat the past or do something to get cash coming it to keep the doors open until SonCav gets them a unit. The gamble payed off. There are modest funds to keep the doors open. Will SonCav ever get a UCG to LEXG? IDK. But, if they do, LEXG has an oil operation in Louisianna to showplace the tech to the oil world.

That makes no sense. They advanced White Top $800K for the royalty stream in the business. They royalties will be nowhere near that in the next few years (even Alex has described them as initially modest) - they could have just used that cash to fund SonCav. That rationale for investing in oil never made sense. They have been "testing" SonCav for years - this company has been filled with obviously fraudulent activities that I have detailed many times earlier. Now the fact that they stopped filing financials should be the final red flag to everyone.

There is a big question as to the viability of this technology. I believe the tech exists but can it work 24/7 365? SonCav is the developer. LEXG was completely dependent upon SonCav until Alex entered the oil business to have the cash to survive until the UCG is ready to market......however long that takes. I believe the Canadian market still belongs to LEXG in all applications. SonCav needs to get this ball rolling!

It's very hard to tell. Alex's gains have been written up based on where the shares went and how much he owned but I doubt he made that - can't tell as he rarely filed holdings or trades nor did any of the other "owners". I don't think he's the mastermind - I think he's a pawn (but just as guilty) of larger scammers and that got pulled into this when he was in financial distress and defaulted on his mortgage (I did think it was funny that his college wrote his CEO position up as if it were an accomplishment to be proud of). I think the death spiral convertible "investor" in NJ made as much as anyone and probably more than Alex. It took me a long time to learn that the traders on these sites also know that these are frauds but don't care as long as they cause volatility in the stock price whenever a PR is sent out. No one really wants the lithium, Soncav, oil, oil treatment, water treatment, etc. profits (which will never come with perhaps the exception of small oil revenues which will be less than the dividends that the death spiral proceeds would have made if invested in the S&P 500) and they don't want evidence of fraudulent behavior - they are here for a volatile stock with the thought that they will be out of it when it eventually goes bankrupt while reinventing itself, merging, reverse merging, all that scam stuff. What part is inaccurate? I’m agreeing with you (I think) by saying all you need to know that this is a scam (along with tons of other evidence) is that they stopped filing with the SEC. They have issued a PR since my last post but not filing required SEC documents is a no brained sign that they are not legit.

After carefully researching LEXG for several years-- I have come to the conclusion that LEXG is quite possibly influencing posts and tricking investors. Beware of these posts-- same empty illusion for years. Run from this ticker-- In addition, When you call the office-- no one picks up the phone---- and callers are always unable to leave voice mails-- the boxes are always full--- no receptionist when you hit zero.

Danger -- this is not an investor friendly ticker. However, if you want to invest money and have it dwindle down to nothing-- than LEXG is for you!!

Don't be fooled by intellectual posts that attempt to charm new investors-- this has been going on for years-- and the stock price still sucks-- and the company still refuses to respond to investor questions. I referred this ticker to the SEC and filed a complaint. THEY MAY THINK investors are stupid-- but trust me we are not!!!!!

Hi not sure if you now us but were not a lithium company.
We actually drill oil wells here (I know right).
We also have a sonic, cavitating, double reversing gyroscopic plunging extractor thingy that also makes lattes I think.
