they have extenuating circumstances and need more time, the SEC may grant them more time.

again, more nonsense. they had their chance when the sec sent the delinquency notice. the company chose not to respond. they get no more chances.

On July 31, 2019, Corporation Finance sent a delinquency
letter to LEXG requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements, which was delivered.
