that is complete and total nonsense. an sec suspension is not a request for any type of information nor is it any type of deadline. the sec has already started the process for revocation. the 10 day deadline is to respond to the following notice, not the suspension.
also, in that notice the company has not been asked for documents. they have been asked why they should not be revoked. history shows that there is no valid reason. stocks that are suspended for delinquency get revoked. period.
