I respectfully disagree. If they file the requested reports by October the 8th and they are in order, the suspension will be lifted. If they have extenuating circumstances and need more time, the SEC may grant them more time. Otherwise, their ability to trade will be revoked.
Irregardless, Alex Walsh needs to be located and he needs to answer the call!
