I didn't post here at all until I drifted over one day and found Dking calling me out in posts, so I replied. If you want to find the source of the endless posts about bashers and pumpers, look no further than Dking. He's been posting about battles between bashers and pumpers and the CEO for years, here and elsewhere. Here's the first post in our interchange that brought it up:
That post is chock full of TOS violaitons, just like most of Dking's posts.
I don't want to invade your board, goarmy123, your deliberate attempts to bait me, nonwithstanding. But if Dking is going to call me out, I will respond. Admin has asked me to notify them instead of responding and I do that, but they often do not follow through and remove the flagged posts, so I have no choice. Likewise, if i see other people violating TOS with no repercussions, I have no reason to follow it myself. I'm happy to play by the rules, but if the rules are out the window, I can play that way, too.

The way I look at is if they pay you for each time I respond to you and I just keep saying you are a basher.
Who's "they?"
I'm still waiting for you or anyone else to explain to me why anyone would bother paying someone to "bash" this stock. The price goes down all by itself due to the massive dilution and failure of the company to deliver any kind of shareholder value. If someone wants the price to go down all they have to do is wait. People tend not to pay for things they can get free.

I don't know who "them" is, either. You aren't exposing anything, Dking. I am already completely open about why I post here. I find penny stock dilution scams to be ethically repulsive and I am speaking up about it. The company diluting the shares and the knowledgeable pumpers who repeat their BS while looking to dump shares for profit are relying on naive people to put new money into the system so they can profit from their naivete. Another word for that is suckering people. All I'm doing is pulling back the curtain to give naive people a fair chance to see what's at work. The company is angry because they are being exposed. If the facts or truth differ from what I claim, all they have to do is demonstrate it. Audit the books, stop diluting and ungag the TA, publish a current list of stores actually selling the products, clarify business relationships with private companies co-owned by BBDA management, etc.
Does the company have a 'right' to operate as they do? Sure. They can sell shares to pay the bills, meet the absolute minimum Pink Sheet filing obligations and issue a non-stop stream of marginally truthful PRs protected by a Safe Harbor statement and frost it all with marketing that apparently never translates to sales. If they can convince people to hand them cash based on nothing more than that, good for them. And I have a 'right' to point out historical, numerical and logical info about the company to the same people they expect to hand them money.
Is that anything like when srloan and diddi come back as mods and then you get unbanned? It's not a conspiracy, it's a coincidence. You are trying to make something out of nothing.

He probably will. And just like last time he retired shares, it will be a meaningless PR move because he'll immediately issue more shares. Plus, if he has to issue shares to pay the bills and "fund increased production demands" now, the company obviously can't afford to operate without selling shares. What money are they going to use to buy the shares back? Money they make selling shares? The "share buyback" carrot is just another tired old penny stock cliche to drum up interest.

Uplisting is another tired Penny stock cliche to pump stock. They can't even maintain Pink Sheet current status, so what makes you think they can go to a higher exchange with greater reporting requirements? The company doesn't even report to the SEC.
Also didn't Brian say no R/S. Then here you come and say look out for another R/S.
For the 500th time: Brian said he wasn't going to do a R/S the last time he did one. His saying he's not going to do one is meaningless. If Brian Weber doesn't like that fact it's his own damn fault. His credibility is zero on this topic and I will continue to remind people of it.

Except a "basher" is someone who is trying to get the share price down, so I'm not a basher. I don't care what the share price is and most of the time I don't even know what it is. I had to look it up when I did the calculation this morning that demonstrated buying $1000 in 'can't miss' shares @.0002 would give you $3 today.

Ask all the people who bought @ .0001 in Fall of 2010 because "it can't go any lower" why you might not be able to do it. They had the assurance of the CEO that a reverse split wasn't going to happen, too. How'd that work out for them?
I have or never will be a basher. But one thing I have learned over the years that these guys are good. I read the bashers handbook. I learned how they play the game. If you haven't read the Bashers handbook please do. Just put in a search for Bashers handbook. They say BBDA will go down to .0002 and you can flip at .0005. So if I put back $1,000 and do what they say I could pocket a lot of money. That's what these people are all about. They know you will sell on fear. That is what they do best.

Yes, it would be, provided it goes back up to .0005 and you can unload your 5 million shares @ .0005 before the company dumps millions more of their own at the bid (to pay for increased production demands, of course) and undercuts you.
Then again, if you bought $1000 worth of shares the last time it hit .0002, prior to the last reverse split BW said he wasn't going to do "at this time", then your $1000 worth of shares would currently be worth $3.
If you can't beat them join them and use them to your advantage. If their game plan is to buy at .0002 and sell at .0005 why can't we all do it. If we stay on the sidelines and play their game it's easy money. We should be thanking them for teaching us how to play the game.

Here's another golf story. When I told my golf friends up in Indiana I was moving to Florida they told me I would have to give up golf because it cost to much. Last summer I played golf at a local course and it cost me $10 and that was with a cart. In the winter when the snow birds are here it cost $20.
I think I am going to use you guys to my advantage. I went on the Yahoo Finance board this morning which I don't post on anymore because there were to many fake Kings there. I let them take over that board. So if I let you guys take over the I hub board I can just keep buying on the dips. I have been reading that the game plan is to buy at .0002 and flip at .0005. So I am going to put back some money a let you guys do your thing. There is no way I am supporting you here. I am just going to take advantage of you.
Here's another cool story. I can down to Florida in 2001. My brother and his girl friend would come down every winter and spend a week or so. My next door neighbor was a old man. He got to where he couldn't take care of himself. His son came down and took him back up north. I ask his son before they left what he wanted for the place. He said he would take $2,500. So I called my brother who was going to retire the next year and told him about it. Now he comes down every winter and he has a nice place in Indiana where he spends his summers. So my brother lives next door to me. Is that cool or what.
Was playing a couple years ago and there was a gator on the green. By brother told me to go chase him off. He said he would even take a picture of it. We just waited for a little while and he went back in the water.
OK, I'm jealous now. It's in the teens here and windy....cold as heck! Looking forward to springtime and golf season!

I changed the way I started my take away and Thursday I hit every one of my drives down the middle. All I did was raise my left heel a little before I started my back swing. If there is one thing I like about living in Florida is to be able to play golf all year long.

The board is "controlled" by the mods, who have to answer to admin. Mods can delete things but other mods can restore them. Admin can override mods at any time and their actions are final. Posters have a right to appeal anything done by any mod.
You and any other Bebevco supporter has the exact same right and ability to express your thoughts about the company and stock as anyone else. Nobody is controlling you with regard to your ideology. The problem you are running into is that your "bashers" are posting about the ugly reality of the stock and you don't have anything real to counter those posts with. If you want to get frustrated and angry, you ought to direct your anger at the company you are fighting for because they are 'sending you into battle' without ammunition. You complain about the "truth" not getting out, but the problem is that the facts don't support your "truth".

I don't know why you refuse to accept the real explanation for why your posts get deleted or limited or why you get banned. It's not whether or not you are "nice to bashers", A post that consists of nothing but critiquing other people's posting or talking about yourself, rather than addressing the actual content of their posts or the topic at hand, is a violation of TOS.
You gave a great example here, just yesterday. Your post #648 consists of nothing but you talking about yourself. And the very next post is you replying to yourself and talking about you talking about yourself. Then you launch into your "who do you trust" rap that you repeat endlessly, but which is completely irrelevant. It's OK here because it's not a stock board, but on a stock board, it violates TOS. Not because is disagrees with "bashers", but because it's off topic. The topic of a stock message board is the stock and the company, not the posters on the board and not yourself. Plain and simple. If you continue to violate the TOS in that manner you get limited and eventually banned. It has zero to do with your ideology.
No basher asks you to trust them and no trust is required to look at hard numbers or website links that provide information. Numbers and weblinks don't change depending on who posts the links, so you don't need to "trust" or "believe" the person posting them. When the CEO asks you to trust him without being willing to provide any verification, it requires trust and belief that the CEO is telling the truth. You can "trust" and believe whoever you want, that's your choice, just realize that what some people claim can be verified and what others claim cannot. One of those things requires "trust" and belief and the other doesn't. Pretending that "truth" which isn't supported by anything but your faith in someone's word is the same thing as "truth" supported by objective, verifiable facts, is nonsense. The most twisted part of this is that the person in whom you have placed your faith is the very same person responsible for the facts you choose to ignore.
You are choosing to ignore what can be proven and choosing to believe that which cannot be proven and they come from the same source. That, my friend, is the definition of delusion.

Omg, I do hope the company can make it this time around. Frankly, dear, never put everything into one basket, especially in penny stocks. BW better get his act together and deliver good anticipated results. This stock needs to go up now. The lower it goes the more shares needed for capitalization. It's growing too fast so as the capitalization needs. He should let this taking some breather and let it ride up much more, unless he needs the money badly to keep it going. They're smart in getting deals, but they need to control the pace because the stock price is very important. These recently selling of new shares, despite all these positive news, is eye-poping. He better not to fool people again. Watching these miserable stock prices, all his great shareholder updates and news meant nothing. Eventually, we as shareholders want our stock price to appreciate to certain level. If the company is eventually successful while our share value get wipe out, we are fools. Since you're important to BW and bbda, you have the right again to talk to him face to face and demand share value enhancement. Of course, if he's a scammer, it's useless. Truly hoping bbda is for real this time and return much more value to its loyal shareholders. GL.

I am in deep. I have most of my life savings invested in BBDA. It's because I trust Brian Weber. This is the truth. He did come to my home and visit me back in June of 2010. To this day I still don't understand why he did this. Some say he did it to rip me off. Some say I was a fool to believe in Brian Weber. I remember Brian sending me a E mail telling me that my investment helped save the Company. Wow, can you even think a person like me who trusted Brian Weber and invested $80,000 with him. What was I thinking? When I got to talk to Brian Weber one on one at my home I thought this is my chance to get in on the ground floor. I have been attacked I have been banned from posting on I Hub. I still can post on I Hub for now. I am going to say this. If Brian Weber is a crook and running a SCAM and he played me for a fool then I should lose my life savings.

Anyone can see the vitrolic posts on that board for what they are, and that is what keeps many away. Let them play in their sandbox of poop. After awhile they will get tired of it if there is no one for them to throw that poop at. Like the old saying goes: "you don't need to explain yourself--your enemies won't believe it, and your friends don't need it!"
