Here's another cool story. I can down to Florida in 2001. My brother and his girl friend would come down every winter and spend a week or so. My next door neighbor was a old man. He got to where he couldn't take care of himself. His son came down and took him back up north. I ask his son before they left what he wanted for the place. He said he would take $2,500. So I called my brother who was going to retire the next year and told him about it. Now he comes down every winter and he has a nice place in Indiana where he spends his summers. So my brother lives next door to me. Is that cool or what.
