The way I look at is if they pay you for each time I respond to you and I just keep saying you are a basher.

I'm still waiting for you or anyone else to explain to me why anyone would bother paying someone to "bash" this stock. The price goes down all by itself due to the massive dilution and failure of the company to deliver any kind of shareholder value. If someone wants the price to go down all they have to do is wait. People tend not to pay for things they can get free.

Then I not only expose you but them. I just don't know who them are.

I don't know who "them" is, either. You aren't exposing anything, Dking. I am already completely open about why I post here. I find penny stock dilution scams to be ethically repulsive and I am speaking up about it. The company diluting the shares and the knowledgeable pumpers who repeat their BS while looking to dump shares for profit are relying on naive people to put new money into the system so they can profit from their naivete. Another word for that is suckering people. All I'm doing is pulling back the curtain to give naive people a fair chance to see what's at work. The company is angry because they are being exposed. If the facts or truth differ from what I claim, all they have to do is demonstrate it. Audit the books, stop diluting and ungag the TA, publish a current list of stores actually selling the products, clarify business relationships with private companies co-owned by BBDA management, etc.

Does the company have a 'right' to operate as they do? Sure. They can sell shares to pay the bills, meet the absolute minimum Pink Sheet filing obligations and issue a non-stop stream of marginally truthful PRs protected by a Safe Harbor statement and frost it all with marketing that apparently never translates to sales. If they can convince people to hand them cash based on nothing more than that, good for them. And I have a 'right' to point out historical, numerical and logical info about the company to the same people they expect to hand them money.
