For instance, I compiled a list of Bebevco PRs that are full of misleading statements, some of them outright lies. Nobody has to believe me since I didn't issue the PRs. They have to decide whether or not to believe the people who issued the PRs.

This is what I'm laughing at. I post facts all the time. You just pretend they don't exist as though nobody else can see them, either. And now that I pointed out the fact that you said you were over Steve Carnes house and he introduced you to Brian Weber, you are going to pretend that's not a fact. It doesn't fit with other things you've said in the past, but I bet you will never address that.

Huh? I don't tell people I'm doing something else. More often than not I post the DD, but I'm getting sick of typing the same stuff out over and over for everyone who comes along. The posts are still there and the info hasn't changed, they can look them up in my posting history if they are interested in the DD.
What you have to understand is that they have already done their DD and are asking you for your facts.
The past posts contain facts and sound logical deductions. The present day numerical realities are facts. At some point it becomes quite obvious that the people asking for the facts are just trying anything to 'disqualify' the negative stuff any way they can. As if if there isn't some clear, triple notarized statement of fact that directly confirms what's said, then it must not be true. While at the same time, they will offer absolutely nothing to support their viewpoints beyond accepting PR or company statements at face value.
I bring up a story about a friend of mine who got a chance to play a GREM guitar and you make a big deal out of it. You say I said things that I never said. You just made them up.
Give me a specific example of me claiming you said something you never said. Specific.

Actually, most everyone is catching onto Bebevco's act and identifying the supporting cast. The turning point was when it became obvious that Jared Hochstedler is still associated with Brian Weber and Bebevco. I've outlined exactly why that is the case and despite several people taking a run at trying to explain it away, none of the explanations hold water. As long as Bebevco is controlling the info, they can sustain the illusion. As soon as it's out of their control, something like JH showing up representing the company appears.
Have you ever noticed how incredibly angry Weber gets when people check up with third parties on what he claims? There's a reason for that.
GREM was a great guitar. It was made out of the best wood. Most were hand made. They had a nice building. The problem was they couldn't get to were they could mass produce them. I went up to Indiana a few times and got to know the people who worked there. GREM didn't have any money to pay them so they were paid in shares of stock. So what came up on the boards. It's a share selling SCAM. At one time someone even went as far as to hack the website and all of a sudden it was a porn site. I have warned Brian about these things and told him to be on the watch for anyone hacking the BeBevCo site. I learned just how low some people will go. Brian has warned them, yet it seems like they won't back off. When I first invested in BBDA I told Brian I would watch his back.

GREM was a scam. It's juts a shell corporation that had been hnaded back and forth between a bunch of penny stock scammers. It was even based in Ft. Wayne, IN! If one googles around a bit it's easy to find planted stories pushing the stock. Here's one:

Someone recommends a GREM guitar and the conversation immediately turns to suspicion of the website because it offered tons of info about investing in the company but not a whole lot about the guitars. The person who brought GREM up even finishes out their posting by trying to convince a bunch of guitarists on a guitar website that the company is a good investment.
I knew about Steve Carnes. I trusted him. I talked to him on the phone a few times. Yes I lost money by trusting him. I would have never heard of Brian Weber if it wouldn't have been for following Carnes.

I sent Brian a E mail after he bought BBDA and ask him about Carnes. He told me that Carnes was out of the picture and he owned the Company.
So Carnes introduced you to Brian Weber and you subsequently emailed Brian Weber to ask him about Carnes? Was this before or after Brian Weber came to your house? I'm still trying to understand why you post so much about being excited that a CEO came to your house when you had been hanging out with CEOs anyway - and so many of them end up in prison for securities issues.
He came close to giving up back in 2010. He said he did the R/S to save the Company. I believed him.
It would have been thoughtful of him to let people know, but IMO he planned the R/S along with Steve and Jared's help. They ran the share structure up through the roof pushed by their huge stack of BS pumping PRs including the 1.4 Billion shares where the cash went straight into Jared's pocket for a debt related to Potencia. I don't doubt Weber knew about all the shares Carnes held, as well. He's starting to lose focus on the stories he's told and the numbers aren't adding up.
There is a difference between a stock promoter who clams to be a CEO and a person who buys a shell with his goal to make it a great Company. Brian Weber is the real deal.

I'd really like to thank the nice people at Smugmug for being thoughtful enough to provide hard evidence out of Bebevco's control that Jared Hochstedler is still hanging around Bebevco. Now with this great admission by DKing that he hung out with Steve Carnes, who introduced him to BW, then Brian Weber over his house, reports what's posted here to Weber, things are really starting to shape up! It's a nice day to compose another email to the SEC and include all this great new info, plus all the other even better stuff I have that I haven't posted yet. They are busy rattling some penny stock cages including beverage companies. I hope they find this info useful.
jpate, What do you think of AOD? It's kind of like BBDA as far as people bringing up the past all the time. I own a few shares of it. As a matter of fact I have been using my div I get from AOD each month to buy more shares of BBDA. The cool thing is back in 2010 I sold some shares of BBDA to buy shares of AOD. Can you believe how stupid I am. My two biggest investments are in couple of stocks that people are bashing.
ToldYaSo, It was a fun part of my life. I got to met some very good guitar players. Every one of them who played a GREM all ask me. Can I keep it. The problem was the price. GREM made a top of the line guitar. I loved to let someone who was playing a cheap guitar walk up to them and say. Would you like to play my GREM. To see the smile on their face when they were playing it made me happy. One guy told me the guitar is so good it almost plays itself. The night life took a lot out of me but it was a lot of fun. Now here I am going up to people and ask them if they would like to try a KOMA unwind. Every one who tries one likes it. I remember the first time I gave one to my daughter. She took a drink and she had that smile on her face. Dad this stuff is real good. So I know it's a great product.

Because the whole point of this board was a juvenile reaction by Goarmy's to his inability to take over the the BBDA board with his post and PM flooding. A few of the other bagholders, errr - people who like to be positive and can't handle honest people using reality to shoot holes in their poorly reasoned and ill-informed optimism, or are just plain delusional, drifted over here, too. Looks like Goarmy also managed to drag in a few of the 90 something followers he accumulated in the couple months he was a member and posting 1-200 times a day.
Once Goarmy got canned for a few years, those other people quickly realized all they were going to see here is you and I arguing. Since they have heard what both of us have to say a million times over, there isn't much entertainment value in it for them and they went away. I'm more or less out of here because I'm sick of your stupid, repetitive baiting tactics. So you can have this board all to yourself!

Dking, why don't you start a board specifically to support Brian Weber? You can be the only mod and you can delete all the posts that make BW look bad. Then you can tweet posts from there for BW and Tommy to retweet and Brian Weber can send people there for "the truth" about BBDA, unencumbered by facts or history. It'll be perfect! That way, all the people who want to have a little circle jerk about what a great company Bebevco is and what an awesome future it has can hang out at your board and pat each other on the back about how incredibly smart and clever they are and how Brian Weber's bowel movements smell like bakery fresh cinnamon rolls. You can all get rich together buying up millions and millions of BBDA shares!

A friend of mine is one of the greatest guitar players I have ever heard. When I first found out about him. Another friend of mine told me you have to here this guy play. At that time I owned a great guitar. A GREM. After hearing this guy play I took my GREM out of the case. During the break I walked up to him and asked him if he would like to play my guitar. He told me it was the best guitar he had ever played. It was a great product but the Company didn't know who to market it. The Company went out of business. Then I find a guy named Brian Weber. Can he market the product. I have tried KOMA unwind, KOMA unwind shots and Relax5. They are a great product. I have gave some to my family and friends and they all tell me it's great. It get's down to this. Will people buy it. Have you tried it.
I am finding out as you get older you just can't do things as well as you did in the past. I can't hit my drives as far as I used to so I am just trying to hit them down the middle. I play with guys who out drive me by 20 yards but at the same time they ask me how do you hit it down the middle as much as you do. I tell them that's all I am trying to do. That's kind of like the way I have been investing in BBDA. I just by a few shares each month. I am not trying to buy low and sell high. Brian has said he is looking for investors who can look out for a year or so. It's just like if I can keep my drives out of the woods over 18 holes it can make a difference of me shooting a 81 vs. a 85. So I like to look at the big picture. On the first tee I am thinking 18 holes. With BBDA I am looking out for a year.

I don't know if there is such a place. But if there is I will put in my vote for Brian Weber to be CEO of the year for 2011. What a great job he has done.
Went golfing Thursday and we played best ball. I made a 35 ft. putt a 20 ft. putt and 2 putts under 10 ft. We didn't win but I knew I gave it my best shot. That's how I feel about BBDA. I think we both agree that it's a real company with a real location, real products, marketing and sales. I'd just like to see audited books, a TA that isn't gagged and stays that way, a stop to the dilution, a full list of verifiable locations that sell the product, etc. They also need to stop the forward looking PRs. If they did this stuff, my guess is that they'd have all the investors they'd need and wouldn't have to pay people to prop up the company's image and try to make the stock look attractive.
Brian Weber is a great CEO and a great man. This is the truth. I am 67 years old and I live in Florida. I came down here so I could golf all year long. I have met some great people and have made some good friends. Most of them are rich and just come down here for the winter. At times in the winter we have 12 or so players. In the summer we are lucky to have 4. I have learned how to like rich people. They have leaned how to like me. The one thing about golf is you can be rich or you can be poor. It's can you play the game. When those guys get to know me and that I am living on $1,800 a month it seems like they buy the beer on me. Some times if I can buy a pitcher before they get there I tell them It's not a big deal. I just say to them. Have you ever herd of KOMA unwind? I know my day will come. One of these days instead of driving up in my 2003 Chevy van and them feeling sorry for me I can say. I can drive up in my new Van and say how much I want to thank Brian Weber and his dream. So what if it doesn't happen. I gave it my best shot. GOD bless America and the American dream.

I Hub has told me that as long as all I do is support BeBevCo and or Brian Weber and not say anything bad about another poster or attack another poster I should be OK as far as being banned. And another thing. If you are going to follow me around and challenge everything I say and have logical deductions and evidence for, it's time to stop talking in circles and avoiding all the questions. You've been repeating nothing but that meaningless rant about trusting Weber for years. When asked about all the things that make him completely untrustworthy, you completely dodge the questions and just repeat that you trust him. When pressed on that, you repeat into some junk about being a Vietnam Veteran - anything to avoid talking about all the screamingly obvious evidence that Bebevco is a dilution scam. If someone picks on the fact that you're talking about being a vet instead of what you were asked about, you turn it into a rant about people attacking vets. Anything to avoid talking about the realities of company. And if it's not that, then you talk about living in Florida and playing golf all year or working for GM or some other irrelevant crap. Why don't you just put me on ignore if what I say bothers you? You aren't accomplishing anything except embarrassing yourself by following me around repeating what Weber and Allinder tell you to say - and it's obvious. Don't try and fool yourself. You are always emailing them with what you read on the boards and come back with what Weber says and parroting that you trust him. Legit companies with great CEOs don't need to talk people into buying their stock and don't need to send their lackeys to message boards to defend them.
When Brian Weber does something to earn people's trust, they'll trust him. Right now he's nothing more than a penny stock CEO with a long, proven history of dealing with convicted penny stock crooks dating up to right now when he had his crooked, convicted scammer friend Jared Hochstedler standing around his display table at the Superbowl party.
Don't come back with what Weber says. I don't care. Prisons are full of people who will tell you they didn't do what they did. It doesn't mean squat and trusting them is either sheer idiocy or blatant dishonesty.
