BG ~ F2 Time & Sales... Plus...
Shouldn't Have to wait much longer for the official quarterly numbers... Ditto for the Radio Station Sale...
Plus I see the Titleist Test Link is now password protected... Maybe testing a new commercial prior to release... Wasn't password protected at first...
Don't forget the F2 Senior PGA Tour test link we havn't heard about... Allegra... Weather Channel... More about the E-mercial assignments... Word about the new streaming advertisers Swing Magic and Titleist...
Lots of things happening on the course as well with Brian Gay Contending from week to week... Still have 13 months left in the current agreement...
If F2 can show a break even or close quarter and take care of its IRS debt they could catch a nice wind in the new low interest rate market... Just MHO Of Course... papa
I like the funny guy that bought 1,111,110 Shares... Was that you BG ?????

Arch-I look at Market cap/Revenues/and Expenses for undervalued companies... F2 has a market cap of just one quarters revenues (+-) and have projected revenues over expenses for the recently ended quarter... IMHO, the shares are entering the market at such a low price that it hasn't overinflated the value of the company or dampened its ability to rise on good news... With over 1000 shareholders F2 will be hard to hold down if they show a profit soon or sign on big advertisers... Or Both !!!!
Still lots more buys than sells... papa

Woods makes his return to the PGA TOUR
May 9, 2001
GolfWeb Wire Services
IRVING, Texas -- Tiger Woods was 15 when he first met Byron Nelson at Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles, where the man who once won a record 11 straight PGA TOUR events went to a clinic to see a young phenom groomed for stardom.
"We had a nice conversation about my future in the game and what he thought about my golf swing," Woods recalled Wednesday. "He said, 'Just stay the track. Keep doing what you're doing, because obviously what you're doing is right.'"
This is where the track has led Woods.
He arrived at the Verizon Byron Nelson Classic as the owner of all four major championships, a Grand Slam of his own making after winning The Masters for a clean sweep. He has won his last three tournaments -- the third time in as many years he has put together such a streak.
In less than five years as a professional, Woods has won as many PGA TOUR events (27) as Lee Trevino did in his 25-year career. He also has as many majors (six) as Trevino.
The Verizon Byron Nelson Classic is Woods' first tournament since he won The Masters. He was asked whether that ended a chapter in his career, that incredible stretch of methodically collecting all four major championships.
"It's hard to say I'm ending it because I'm just five years into my career," Woods said. "In golfing terms, I'm just getting started; I'm still in my infancy. I have so many years that I can play at a high level. When I'm older and look back, that may be the end. Or that may be the beginning."
The next page is the Verizon Byron Nelson Classic, a $4 million tournament that always gets a strong field because of the tournament host, and always gets a lot of attention because of Woods. It's the first stop on his road to the U.S. Open at Southern Hills, and an unfathomable bid to win a fifth straight major.
The last time Woods won the Verizon Byron Nelson Classic was in 1997, which was his first tournament since a record-setting victory at The Masters.
"That would be really nice if I could do that," Woods said of a repeat performance.
One thing he doesn't expect to repeat itself is the level of Tigermania.
He teed off with four amateurs Wednesday morning as sun was just rising, only about 300 people in tow and a news helicopter circling above the Tournament Players Club at Las Colinas. No more than 1,000 fans were around the 18th green when he finished five hours later.
In 1997, coming off his watershed win at Augusta, galleries swarmed Las Colinas to get a glimpse of the 21-year-old champion and the future of golf. Now, even something as unprecedented as four consecutive majors is enough to bring a throng to the golf course at 7 a.m. to watch Woods hit shots that don't count.
"Do I ever think it will get like it did in '97? I don't think so," Woods said. "I've been around for five years now. I think people have seen me."
Not lately, they haven't.
Woods spent his first four days after The Masters in bed with a 102-degree temperatures. He put on two junior clinics in California and Alabama. He presided over "Tiger Jam," his annual charity concert in Las Vegas. He strapped on a space-age suit to make a video game. He filmed a Wheaties commercial.
"I haven't played hardly at all," Woods said. "I've just been kind of laying low, practicing a little bit here and there, but I haven't really done much."
The Verizon Byron Nelson Classic is no place to just show up and chase the little white ball around.
The field represents five of the top seven from the world ranking, missing only Davis Love III with a sore neck and Colin Montgomerie from the European Tour. It features 23 of the top 30 from the PGA TOUR money list, including three guys who have won during Woods' four-week hiatus from golf.
Then again, the toughest fields usually bring out the best in Woods.
In the 13 toughest fields since the 2000 season, Woods has won eight of them and has finished no worse than a tie for eighth.
"I'm just going to go out there with the intent, just like I always do -- try to get myself in position to win this thing," he said. "I feel like my game is pretty solid for the time off that I took, and hopefully it will come together and I can get it going again, and get myself where I can peak at the U.S. Open."

Webcasters Embrace Webcast Advertising According to New Arbitron Survey
May 08, 2001 --
Webcasters have embraced webcast advertising as a revenue-generating business model for the future - with an overwhelming 85 percent having sold at least one webcast advertising buy in the past year - according to a new survey by Arbitron Webcast Services.
The survey - Webcasters Speak Out - released at the Webcast Advertising Today Conference, hosted by Arbitron Webcast Services and The Digital Media Association (DiMA), revealed that nearly two-thirds (63 percent) of webcasters have been called by agencies placing webcast ads.
"In a study we conducted last year, nearly half of the agencies said they had never been approached by webcasters trying to sell advertising," said Bill Rose, general manager and vice president, Arbitron Webcast Services. "Our latest study shows how much has changed in the last 12 months. The overwhelming majority of webcasters are actively selling advertising today. Webcasters agreed that the medium's greatest strength is its ability to deliver a targeted message."
More than half (51 percent) of webcasters said that advertisers should run webcast ads to target an attractive audience. Forty-five percent of webcasters sell a combination of webcast ads, sponsorships, in-stream ads and gateway ads. A majority (80 percent) has sold in-stream ads - ads within the streamed content.
A high percentage of webcast ad dollars come from direct advertisers (42 percent) with one-third from interactive agencies and only one-quarter (25 percent) from traditional agencies. Two-thirds of webcast advertising is sold to "brick and mortar" companies and slightly more than one-third (34 percent) to "dot com" companies. Automotive companies are the number one target for webcast advertising sales, followed by entertainment (24 percent), music (20 percent), "dot com" companies (15 percent) and alcoholic beverage companies (13 percent).
"Like any new advertising medium we still have some work to do," said Mr. Rose. "Webcasters say that the biggest obstacles to growth are the need for credible third-party metrics and the need to continually educate advertisers and agencies about the value of webcast advertising."
Almost one-third (30 percent) of webcasters feel that the lack of metrics is the biggest obstacle to selling advertising, followed by advertiser awareness and interest (24 percent), lack of coherent sales message (23 percent) and technology issues (10 percent).
The findings reported here are based on a February-April survey. The survey, by Arbitron Webcast Services, consisted of 62 interviews with senior executives at Internet-only webcasters, representative firms, content delivery networks, technology companies and broadcasters.

Sub Penny F2 Broadcast Network Running after “E” is Removed From Ticker Symbol; Stock up 42%
SANTA MARIA, CA (OTCBB NEWSWIRE), April 9, 2001-- F2 Broadcast Network (FBNI: .006) is up 42% today on the first trading day after the “E” was removed from the ticker symbol. When an “E” is added to the ticker symbol it means that a company is delinquent in its SEC filings and will be dropped from the OTCBB and moved to the Pink Sheets. FBNI is now current and so the “E” was dropped. Thus, FBNI will not move to the Pink Sheets. Investors are pleased and sending the stock much higher today.

Arch-F2 Golfer Gets Front Page Coverage...
Front Page coverage of F2 Sponsored player Brian Gay...
Not bad PR on a week when Tiger Woods is Playing...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Picture this: Gay moves closer to first victory
May 9, 2001
By Michael Arkush
PGATOUR.COM Contributor
Mention the name of Brian Gay, and one image quickly surfaces: He was the guy who made the putt that didn't count at the Honda Classic last year.
The putt was a 30-foot birdie effort on the 17th hole that appeared to put Gay in a tie for the lead with Dudley Hart. The ball hovered on the edge of the lip before it eventually dropped in.
Unfortunately, for Gay, though, the drama was too good to be true. Gay was assessed a one-stroke penalty for waiting longer than the allotted 10 seconds. So instead, he was given a par. With a bogey at the last, he tied for fourth, two strokes behind Hart.
"It kind of felt like something was stolen from me afterwards," said Gay. "I still felt good about the way I played but it was a big distraction for a while because, obviously, a lot of people saw it. Everywhere I went, people were talking about it."
Gay eventually got over it. Besides, he became more interested in replacing that image with another -- holding a trophy on Sunday afternoon. It's an image that he may not be far from creating.
After an uneventful opening to the 2001 season, Gay, 29, has come on strong in his last two performances. He tied for 13th at the Shell Houston Open and then held a share of the lead at the midway point of the Compaq Classic of New Orleans before tying for fifth.
Gay, who had tied for 10th at the Sony Open in Hawaii back in January, has already earned $417,032, good for 49th on the money list. For someone who finished in 206th place in 1999 and 102nd last year, that's quite an improvement.
Yet Gay doesn't see much difference in his play. If anything, he's just being a little more consistent.
In general, the University of Flordia alumn seems pretty subdued, although there is one thing he wishes he could change.
"I wish I had done more in college," said Gay, a two-time All-American who was the only player to win the SEC Championship twice. He was also a member of the 1993 United States Walker Cup team. "If I had another chance, I would have worked my tail off. I didn't work very hard."
Still, Gay expected to have success once he turned pro. It didn't happen quickly, though. Instead, he had to spend three years on the mini-tours. His stops included the Emerald Coast Golf Tour, the Gulf Coast Tour, the Gary Player Tour, the Tommy Armour Tour, the Golden Bear Tour and the South Florida Tour. It's a wonder he didn't become a tour guide at Disney World.
But the seasoning paid off. Gay made it to the BUY.COM TOUR in 1998, and, finally, to the PGA TOUR in 1999. His rookie season, however, was hardly an impressive one. He missed 18 cuts in 26 appearances.
"I was a little intimidated at first," Gay recalls. "I felt lost every week. I was behind from the beginning and then I was pressing."
Once he started to play a little better, he wasn't eligible to get into tournaments. Adding to the pressure was the fact that his wife, Kimberly, was expecting their first child. Their daughter, Makinley, was born in September.
Gay's not intimidated any more. Paired with Phil Mickelson in the final group last Saturday, Gay played well, shooting a 2-under 70, on the way to the fifth-place finish.
It was a much nicer image to behold.
