Bought this crap back in Apr/May 2009 @ avg $.0117 and TD Amer says there is/has been a global DTCC lock on the stock. Apparantly not so for some. The rep says there may be MM's trading betwen themselves to give the appearance of activity... I for one would have liked to be part of the 236% rise to $.0038 today...
