The answer is he did a major scam by stating the dividend was fully funder, it was paid and 23 days later taken back, as it never came from them, but that small fact never officially came out.

With that still up in the air, they lied it was being taken care of.

So regardless of what stock you're in that he has anything to do with, if you see it jump, it's just an intentional spike, and get out with any type of profit.
