Sale of Company approved by Majority of Shareholders and Board of Directors


Shareholder meeting has been suspended


SUBJECT: SALE OF COMPANY


Terms: Sale price $26,900,000 USD


Timing: Agreements to be executed on 30 December 2011


Distribution: Fund will be available for distribution to shareholders by Late January 2012 when funds are remitted to the USA.


We are in the process of setting up shareholder verification terms and procedures.
