What's the company doing these days?
Hmmm... seems like this line I copy/pasted is just a typo, in that they should be simply two different sentences.
Interlink Global, according to an SEC filing, is a provider of telecommunications and Internet services. Solucorp's press release says the company develops technology to handle heavy metal contamination.
It should have been written (displayed) this way.
Interlink Global, according to an SEC filing, is a provider of telecommunications and Internet services.
Solucorp's press release says the company develops technology to handle heavy metal contamination.
So... I found nothing other than what is already known. Trading is halted for ten days.
Found some info on SEC halting trading of this stock. I did try emailing them to the support address on their website, simply asking if they will be issuing a press release regarding their stock being halted by the SEC. My email was returned due to their box being full.
However, I just came across this when searching google for: operation spamalot
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/business/orl-spam09_107mar09,0,5494559.story?coll=orl-business-headli...
In the article this line regards ILKG stating:
"Interlink Global, according to an SEC filing, is a provider of telecommunications and Internet services. Solucorp's press release says the company develops technology to handle heavy metal contamination."
I am going to google "Solucorp" now and see if I can find this press release.

Interlink Global Signs Agreement Creating Regional Phone Company in Ecuador
Tuesday November 7, 9:03 am ET
Government of Manabi Province Attracts Partners to Join One of the Largest Projects of its Kind
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that it has executed a final agreement with local partners and authorities of the State of Manabi, Ecuador, South America. This agreement creates a Private Telephone Company, which will serve the entire State of Manabi with Broadband Internet Connection, Voice over Internet Protocol telephony, data communications and other applications using the infrastructure provided by Interlink. The new company will be named Manabitel, and will include local investors from Manabi, a group from Guayaquil, and Interlink Global Corp. Interlink will provide the technical know-how and operational expertise for the partnership, while the other partners provide the financing and licensing for this unique project. Local investors and Interlink will contribute an estimated $15,500,000 million in startup capital to Manabitel, with a group from Manabi, (Manatel) owning 40%, the group from Guayaquil, owning 30%, and Interlink owning 30% of the capital of the company.
The creation of Manabitel is the result of concerted efforts on the part of the government of Manabi and its officers to attract and promote new business and investments in the area. The overall plan includes building new roads, a new refinery, and port facilities, as well as the design and implementation of a world class communication system, which Manabitel will provide. The first phase will be developed using Interlink Global's platform connected by way of satellite, wireless Internet, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Max, with succeeding stages to include ground networks consisting of: microwave radio, optical fiber and traditional copper wire lines.
According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink, who has previously developed similar projects in Nigeria and Mexico, "This project constitutes one of the largest of its kind in Latin America to date, and is indicative of the potential that exists for Interlink in the development of communications and data transfer projects in other underserved and underdeveloped areas. Interlink has similar projects under development. I'm referring to not only to Ecuador, but also to Colombia, as well as Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina, among others."
Mr. Rivano continued, "With a current population of 1,128,000 the Manabi region is grossly underserved in telephony. Through the development of Manabitel, the goal of the local government is to serve a large percentage of these underserved individuals and companies through the development of high speed Internet data transfer and Voice over Internet Protocol, (VoIP). The government and Interlink together are committed to hire and train the Manabi work force to provide technical support and customer service. This means that the government's involvement along with Interlink's is not only the development of a state of the art communication system, but also the creation of work opportunities for the local professionals and in general the people of Manabi Province."
Mr. Anastasios N. Kyriakides, Chairman & CEO added, "The need for clear, high quality communication, long distance telephony, and access to the World Wide Web and to E-Commerce is critical for the continuing development of the area. By immediately employing the latest technology to develop a modern telecom infrastructure, we are confident that we are responding to the area's pressing needs."

Interlink Global Announces Agreement to Create Regional Phone Company in Ecuador to Provide Broadband and VOIP Services Throughout A Vast Underserved Region
Thursday June 29, 9:03 am ET
Company Continues Its Expansion in Latin America with One of the Largest Projects of its Kind to Date
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2006--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC: ILKG - News), today announced that it has executed a final agreement with local partners and authorities of the State of Manabi, Ecuador, South America. This agreement sets the stage for creating a Private Telephone Company which will serve the entire State of Manabi with Broadband Internet Connection, Voice over Internet Protocol telephony, and other applications using the infrastructure provided by Interlink. The new company will be named Manabitel and will include local investors and Interlink Global Corp. serving as the strategic partner providing the technical know-how and operational expertise. Local investors and Interlink will contribute an estimated $23 million in startup capital to Manibitel, with Interlink owning 25% of the capital of the company, as well as receiving management and vendor fees from the company.
The first phase will be developed using Interlink Global's platform connected by way of satellite, wireless Internet, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Max, with succeeding stages to include ground networks consisting of: microwave radio, optical fiber and traditional copper wire.
Aiming to Meet The Pressing Needs Of Emerging Economies Throughout Latin America
According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink, who has previously developed similar projects in Nigeria and Mexico, "This project constitutes one of the largest of its kind in Latin America to date, and is indicative of the potential for continuing future development in additional underserved and underdeveloped areas, not only in Ecuador, but in Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina, among others."
Mr. Rivano continued," With a current population of 1,128,000 and only 62,000 telephone lines, or less than 6% of density, the Manabi region is grossly underserved. Through the development of Manabitel, the goal of the local government is to serve a large percentage of unattended fast internet and telephone demand in three years, despite an estimated deficit of approximately 150,000 telephone lines and the fact that Broadband is virtually non-existent."
According to Mr. Rivano, "Furthermore, this coastal region of Ecuador has a maritime-based economy with a fishing industry currently processing tuna, shrimp and other seafood varieties, and exporting them worldwide. The need for clear, high quality communication, long distance telephony, and access to the World Wide Web and to E-Commerce obviously is critical for its continuing development. By immediately employing the latest technology to develop a modern telecom infrastructure, we are confident we will respond to the area's pressing needs and, in fact, the key element of our proposal that led to its overwhelming approval by the government of Manabi was its rapid deployment feature."
$40 Million Investment Expected to Yield $4.5 Million Annual Net Profit When The Project Is Completed
Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman and CEO of Interlink stated, "The total investment when the project is fully deployed will reach approximately $40,000,000 and recovery of the investment is expected to be accomplished in approximately three years. Part of the investment will come from local investor funds and part will come from net operational revenues starting in year one and continuing until the project will be cash positive in the fourth year."
According to Mr. Kyriakides, "We further believe that gross revenues will average approximately $13.3 million on an annualized basis over the first four years of the project, and in addition to the fees Interlink will be earning, the estimated net profit for Interlink will be approximately $4,500,000 annually after the system is fully operational."
Mr. Kyriakides noted further, "These gross and net revenues could increase substantially as more services are deployed and the penetration level of customers receiving services grows beyond the initial target."

benzdealeror2 - totally agree with this assessment,..that is ILKG being a "sleeper".
ILKG has been quietly and silently moving forward in growth and revenues. well at least i thought it was silent,...words is out.
put ILKG on your watch list, this one is a sleeper that's about to wake up.
an opportune statement defining ILKG's growth:
"ILKG anticipates it will achieve gross revenues exceeding $40,000,000 by the end of 2006. Furthermore, ILKG expects to achieve a gross pre-tax profit of approximately $14,000,000, and a net profit, excluding extraordinary gains, of approximately $2,000,000."
works for me !
thanks for posting the info on ILKG.
From InsideMove.com,
My new big pick is ILKG.
I'm still very overwhelmed after reading the press release from ILKG today.
Not many companies can achieve the type of growth ILKG is currently experiencing. ILKG achieved revenues of $13,300,000 in 2005 and is profitable.
ILKG anticipates it will achieve gross revenues exceeding $40,000,000 by the end of 2006. Furthermore, ILKG expects to achieve a gross pre-tax profit of approximately $14,000,000, and a net profit, excluding extraordinary gains, of approximately $2,000,000.
With these kinds of numbers, I believe ILKG could see substantial upside here.
Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman and CEO of Interlink, commented: "2005 results exceeded our expectations, as we also made major strides in establishing a strong foothold in Latin America." He added, "With our focus on the business and corporate market in underserved emerging growth markets, we are continuing to dramatically increase our revenues and asset base, while achieving profitability.
These are amazing numbers, I don't make this stuff up. I suggest you pull up the news on ILKG and read it yourself. ILKG stated in their press that they hope to pursue Nasdaq listing by the end of this year.
What makes ILKG unique from other telecommunications Voice Over IP providers is that they are global. ILKG is currently doing business in North America, South America, Asia and soon in the Middle East.
The global market place for voice over IP service is still growing. I believe in the technology so much that I have two voice over IP phones at home.
ILKG recently launched a line of new products called "netTalk" The new netTALK soft phone with its free Peer to Peer global telephony and file transfer has additional features which separate it from any other Peer to Peer products in the marketplace.
Put ILKG on your watch list, I think this one is a sleeper that's about to wake up.

2006 Operating Gross Profit Excluding Extraordinary Gains Estimated to be Approximately $2,000,000
Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) today announced that based on preliminary audited financials for 2005, it achieved gross revenues from operations of approximately $13,300,000 and a net profit of $230,000. This was up substantially from 2004 gross revenues of $104,836, and a net profit of $13,226. The company said it expects to have audited results available and a 10k annual report filed with the SEC within the next week to 10 days, after which it expects to complete requirements for being listed on the OTC Bulletin Board as a fully reporting company.
Guidance For 2006
The Company today also issued guidance for 2006. Reflecting the consolidation of its recent acquisition of NGTV, the licensed Venezuelan carrier; an extraordinary one time gain from forgiveness of debt on the NGTV acquisition; increased wholesale revenues; and the completion of several other acquisitions and joint ventures, the Company anticipates it will achieve gross revenues exceeding $40,000,000 by the end of 2006. Growth In Assets
As of the date of this announcement, the Company said it has achieved an asset base in excess of $14,000,000 and believes this enhanced asset base, coupled with the anticipated growth in revenue will enable it to pursue a listing on NASDAQ, which it hopes to complete by the end of this year.
In contrast to those VoIP carriers whose main focus is on expanding their domestic retail customer base, we are focused on profitable business that results in substantial enhanced value to shareholders. Going forward, we will continue to expand our operations in Latin America, through our licensed carriers in Venezuela and Ecuador. We also expect to establish a significant presence in Colombia and Bolivia over the next few months through acquisitions and internal expansion, as we continue to pursue our goal of becoming the largest VOIP carrier focused on Latin America, as well as other emerging markets we are targeting."

ALRIGHTY NOW !!!,....we are on our way,..."With the addition of NGTV, Interlink will book additional gross assets of approximately $9,000,000 and net assets in excess of $6.5 million. Interlink, which is in the process of becoming a reporting company with the SEC and listing on the Bulletin Board, will achieve the requirements needed to be listed on a national stock exchange, and it is contemplated that the Company will apply for a listing on NASDAQ within the next 60 days," stated Anastasios N. Kyriakides, Chairman and CEO of Interlink Global, Corp.
Interlink Global Corp. Announces Integration and Expansion Plan for NGTV, its Latest Acquisition
Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG):
-- The Purchase of NGTV Adds Significant Telephone Traffic to Interlink's International Infrastructure, as well as Provides Increased Consolidated Assets and Shareholders Equity in order to Support a NASDAQ Listing
Interlink Global Corp. today announced that it has assumed management control as the new owners of NGTV, SA, and Communications Network Holdings Ltd. ("NGTV") one of the largest privately owned fully licensed telecom network companies operating in Venezuela. The acquisition of NGTV places Interlink in the forefront of major telephone service providers in South America, and positions it to become one of the largest VoIP telecom and data services provider in the region.
The substantial amounts of telephone traffic currently being generated by Interlink in Ecuador, Colombia, and also in Venezuela, will now be routed through the NGTV existing infrastructure, as opposed to Interlink's US infrastructure, to maximize efficiency and to enhance revenue, as well as, profitability. Interlink's management intends to immediately reroute telephone traffic thereby reducing the cost structure of wholesale minutes by introducing lower priced, but higher quality calling, to key destinations, which up until now have been serviced through systems in the US. Interlink will be able to leverage its existing purchasing power and its extensive contacts in the region to further reduce price, resulting in lower telecom and data transmission charges to its customers, while maintaining significant profitability for Interlink.
During the months of negotiations and preparation to become the owner of NGTV, Interlink's management has finalized its integration and expansion plan which includes an expansion of the existing microwave backbone of NGTV to a point that will effectively more than double NGTV's network's capacity. The immediate goal of Interlink's plan is to increase gross revenues of NGTV from its present $8 million of annual revenues to over $20 million within the next 12 months. During the implementation of the Interlink plan, the Maracaibo and Caracas markets in Venezuela will see the implementation of wireless Internet, Wi-Fi and expanded local telephone services.
In addition to servicing the approximate 500 corporate clients of NGTV, Interlink intends to access the Small business market in Venezuela to provide a phone product for lower income groups on a prepaid basis, in effect using a prepaid calling card service to conduct this aspect of its enterprise.
Interlink's recent Memorandum of Understanding with Telekom, a major telecom carrier headquartered in Bogota, Colombia, S.A., as well as its present negotiation with other regional telecom carriers, highlights another important facet of its NGTV ownership. Telekom has licenses, networks, experience and capability throughout Colombia and will explore with Interlink Global, the establishment of a telephone interconnection through the borders of Colombia and Venezuela. This telephony traffic is currently routed through the US before arriving in Caracas, so the rerouting should provide substantial savings because of the direct country to country access.
"With the addition of NGTV, Interlink will book additional gross assets of approximately $9,000,000 and net assets in excess of $6.5 million.

Completes Purchase of Fully Licensed Venezuelan Telecom and Data Service Provider as Major Addition to Its Latin American Strategy
Thursday March 16, 4:32 pm ET
Interlink Adds over $8 Million to Revenue Base, $9 Million in Gross Assets and $6.5 Million in Shareholders' Equity through Acquisition
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2006--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) today announced that it has acquired NGTV SA and Communications Network Holdings Ltd. ("NGTV"), one of the largest privately owned fully licensed telecom network companies operating in Venezuela.
NGTV, which has an eleven year Venezuelan Telecom and Data Service Provider operating history, is a provider of long distance and Internet services in Venezuela and has interconnection agreements with 30 national and international carriers. The company, based in Caracas, Venezuela, has 43 employees nationally, most of whom will remain with NGTV after the acquisition. NGTV has developed alliances with national and international data carriers that permit the exchange of services through the use of national broadband and last mile connections in the cities where the network has coverage. NGTV has nodes in its offices of Veninfotel serving Caracas, Valencia and Maracaibo; AES Corporation and Global Crossing serving Caracas; Procedatos and Infonet serving the city of Maracaibo and the Occidental region; and Digitel for the central region and Satelca for the Oriental region. The Company also has direct connections through TDM Voice E1 to Los Angeles and New York.
NGTV presently has over 500 corporate clients in Venezuela for the different products and services it offers. All national and international carriers established in Venezuela use NGTV's transmission services for its high reliability and competitive prices. The Company generated approximately 79,958,384 minutes of customer traffic in 2005, with total revenues of $7,191,308 with an EBITDA of $1,084,434. The Company, based upon current operations, is projecting increasing traffic to 112,111,600 minutes in 2006, with gross revenues of $10,576,720 and an EBITDA of $1,927,576. These traffic and revenue forecasts do not include additional minutes and revenues that Interlink will be bringing to the system through its existing traffic in Latin America. The management of Interlink will be releasing shortly its development plan for this acquisition and its revenue guidance for NGTV as it integrates the company into its existing Latin American operations.
Now that the acquisition is completed, Interlink will book additional gross assets of approximately $9,000,000 and net assets in excess of $6.5 million.
According to Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman, "This acquisition is the culmination of months of efforts by our staff. One of our primary objectives in 2006 was to acquire an expanded infrastructure in Latin America compatible with our infrastructure in Miami. The NGTV acquisition accomplishes this goal. After the acquisition is completed next week, we will be providing a complete analysis of the integration of NGTV into our Latin American operations, and revised guidance for our operational results in 2006. We are very comfortable that this revised guidance will justify the conclusions reached in a research report recently sent out by Research Works on our operations." Kyriakides further explained, "Research Works, Inc. has released an analyst research report covering the Company with an initial price target of $6.00. The report is now available for review at http://www.stocksontheweb.com/ILKG.pdf ."
Research Works is an equity research boutique founded in 1992 that focuses on small-cap, microcap and penny stocks. The Research Works' stated objective is to discover undervalued small companies and help them achieve fair value for their stocks by producing high-quality, paid research reports that are grounded in fundamental analysis and employ state-of-the-art equity valuation models. The Research Works targets a far-reaching network of sophisticated, self-directed investors and distributes its research through a strong Internet presence and a large direct-distribution list. "We believe that the Research Works report clearly shows that our stock is grossly undervalued at the present price. We expect this report will bring attention to the Company and our business plan to become a major player in the international VoIP marketplace," added Mr. Kyriakides.

Interlink Global Corp. Announces Execution of Reseller Contract with EBR Communications Inc.
Tuesday February 14, 9:03 am ET
Interlink to Continue the Penetration of the Colombian Small Business Market with This Agreement
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2006--Interlink Global Corp. today announced that it has entered into an agreement with EBR Communications Incorporated, headquartered in Miami, Florida, to sell Interlink's VoIP products and services in Colombia, South America. The current customer group of EBR consists of many small business clients as well as residential customers, where substantial costs savings can be realized in comparison to traditional telecom services available to this market segment. The primary focus of EBR is the sale of ANI recognition, (Automatic Number Identification) VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services to their approximately 1,800 clients in Bogota, Colombia. Interlink will be supplying traffic (minutes), to this existing client base, and EBR will offer additionally; DID numbers, (Direct Inward Dialing numbers), 1-800 numbers, conference calling and traditional VoIP services to their new target market which will consist of hotels, Internet cafes, kiosks, and other small to medium corporate users.
Mr. Severino Rivano, Vice-President of Marketing for Interlink Global, who was responsible for negotiating the terms of the EBR contract, stated, "Interlink Global Corp. has an established record of success as an international enterprise level service provider, and we hope to help EBR Corporation realize additional market penetration in the residential and small business market, initially in Bogota, and eventually throughout the entire country. Initially, we will be providing them with approximately 300,000 minutes per month of Internet long distance traffic to mainly USA and Europe to service their current client base. As they expand and further develop their Colombian business as resellers of our many products and services, I expect the amount of minutes to dramatically increase. Also, in a relatively short period, we fully expect EBR to become one of our major resellers in the region. We expect to grow this relationship in a short period of time to annual income approaching $300,000 in late 2006, and in excess of this projection in 2007, as our products and services, along with the substantial cost savings, gain traction in the marketplace," stated Mr. Anastasios N. Kyriakides.

Well, in MLTO's case it presented a buying op for those smart enough to take advantage.....I wasn't smart enough!!! LOL!!!
those SEC filings are so hard to predict a time frame on. They had hoped for the end of Jan. but I have not seen a company yet that has been on time. the key here is that they are working on the 10-k 10qsb and the 15c-2-11 to become fully reporting.
An application for the Naz should follow (that's my guess).
Like I said though, time frames for these are unpredictable, MLTO was supposed to file during the Jan. rally contest. TDYH just gave up and sold the company as a pinkie
Doubloon...I noticed on their web site they have a page for SEC filings although they haven't filed yet. Do you know their time frame for an uplist??? I think with the website link they must be planning to do so.

Interlink Global Corp. Signs Agreement to Offer VoIP Products and Services to Call Centers Located in Columbia
Thursday February 9, 9:03 am ET
Call Center Association of Bogota, Columbia to Sell Resell VoIP to its Members
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2006--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Call Center Association headquartered in Bogota, Columbia to offer the full range of Interlink's services to the Call Center Association's membership group, as well as to users outside of the group. This reseller agreement will bring to Interlink an established customer base in a region that the Company has targeted, while insuring quality of service to this desirable customer category.
The offering to the 10 call centers, which comprise the members of the association, will be the total line of Interlink Global's products and services for small and large businesses including: Collocation, 1-800 numbers, DID, (Direct Inward Dialing numbers), and routes, (Traffic) to Mexico, Spain, and the USA.
According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink Global Corp. who negotiated and signed the agreement on behalf of the Company: "This alliance was logical and inevitable. Call centers are an area of concentration for Interlink. We are happy to add the Columbian Call Center Association to our growing list of reseller associates who have recognized our ability to provide superior service and support, at costs saving its member firms between 50-70% on their current telecom bills. Interlink Global Corp. has an established record of success as an enterprise level service provider, and we hope to assist the Call Center Association to realize similar success in their market." Mr. Rivano further stated, "During the initial rollout, which begins immediately, it is expected that gross monthly revenues should reach approximately $20,000. By year's end, the monthly revenue should reach approximately $50,000, with increasing revenues in 2007 when most of the members are expected to adopt our products and services after their existing telecom contracts have lapsed."
Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, CEO of Interlink added, "Interlink Global will provide the infrastructure from its point of presence located in Miami, Florida, to host all services required by our newest reseller. This includes: technical and engineering know-how and support, testing and the supplying of hardware and software for the VoIP infrastructure and customer support. The services for the Call Centers consist of, but are not limited to, all customary services provided by Interlink Global, and in addition, we are offering specialized routes to their selected call destinations, and collocation assistance. We expect this to be the first of many similar agreements, since many call centers, which are one of the primary focuses of our Company, are located in Latin America, because of the cost advantages. Our substantial presence in Latin America allows us to penetrate this marketplace without incurring substantial additional infrastructure and personnel costs, and therefore add these revenues as an incremental increase to our revenue stream from that region."

Interlink Global Announces Contracts to Run Additional Traffic through Its New Communications Hub
Thursday January 19, 9:03 am ET
Company Installs Additional Equipment Capable of Running a Total of 500 Million Minutes per Month of VOIP Traffic
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2006--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that the Company has added significant clients to its wholesale telecommunications division's growing list, as well as completed further upgrades to its equipment at its communication hub in North Miami that has increased traffic capacity to 500 million minutes per month from the previously announced 300 million minutes per month.
The roster of new wholesale carriers includes: Primus (World-Wide), Dollar Phone (World-Wide), Latinode (Latin America), Go2tel (Latin America), Globalnet (Latin America), Jaina (India), Ver-IBM (World-Wide), Jctelecom (Latin America), Asia Digicall (Asia Pacific Rim), Project Biro (Middle East), and Ibases (World-Wide). The Company has negotiated, and is waiting for final execution, contracts with Americatel, Nex Communications, Verison, and Identidad.
Teo Cotton, Chief Technology Officer of Interlink in describing these developments stated: "Our original plan was to gradually acquire various pieces of equipment over the next 12 months to handle the traffic and services associated with our various domestic and international projects. However, through the addition of new equipment and the enhancement of our new telecom facility, we have now advanced sufficiently to support and accelerate our projected growth for this year and next. This now allows us to concentrate on developing the services and products that we are offering to our various clients and joint venture partners. The facility that we have now established and the equipment that we have under our control, will allow us to run over 500 million minutes per month in VOIP traffic, as well as provide the latest in technology to our clients. We are pleased that our equipment acquisitions and upgrades now allows us to launch our retail VOIP service with video capabilities, which is a first in the industry, handle our international infrastructure projects and run a significant amount of wholesale traffic simultaneously, as opposed to the gradual rollout that was originally contemplated. The overall result is that we will see an acceleration of revenues into the early part of the year, that we had originally planned to bring on later in the year, as well as an overall increase in gross and net revenues for the Company in 2006 over the revenues originally projected."
Mr. Anastasios N. Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink, in describing these developments stated: "The Company has now fully implemented the infrastructure for our VOIP products and services that is the size of networks being run by the leading carriers in our industry. We project that we will now be able of carrying over $1,000,000 per month of wholesale traffic by the end of the first quarter, and we will accelerate the rollout of our US services and products. Furthermore, we now have capacity to simultaneously undertake our launch of products and services in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia/Pacific region."

Interlink Global Announces Launch of New Branded Product Lines to Compete in All Areas of VoIP Service
Tuesday January 10, 9:03 am ET
Company Will Offer NetTALK Global, GLOBALpcFone and PinFree Dialing (Freedom to Roam) for Individuals and Small Business
All Products Are Available Through Interlink's Newly Designed Website
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2006--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) today announced that the Company has launched a series of services and products under the brand name "netTALK Global" for its retail business, as well as resellers. The Company will provide its customers and the general public a free download of the widely acclaimed softphone, named "GLOBALpcFone," at netTalkGlobal.com. These products and services are the first products and services of the Company designed to compete in the personal consumer and small business market.
The Interlink Global and netTALK Global's web pages consolidate the Company's comprehensive set of automatic online Internet telephone plans, which include free and unlimited On-Net GLOBALpcFone calling. In addition, Interlink and netTALK offer some very unique products and features coming this February, such as the Virtual Phone Card and Pin Free Dialing (Freedom to Roam). The first allows anyone that has signed up for the program the ability to call designated telephone numbers by entering their assigned pin number, and automatically be connected to Interlink's telephone network which permits the client to call anywhere in the world at the Company's reduced rates using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) lines. Additionally, Pin Free Dialing (Freedom to Roam), allows a customer to register his or her business telephone, cell number, or home phone number with the Company, and as the customer places calls, Interlink's network will recognize the phone number and route the call over its Internet infrastructure at substantially reduced rates. Interlink estimates that its plans offer it customers cost savings of up to 70% compared with traditional telephone service, and, despite the enhanced features and security, will be priced competitively with other VoIP plans.
Once the customer signs up for any of the new programs, he or she will receive a free download of GLOBALpcFone, one month's fee waived, no contract, no activation fee, and $3.00 credit minutes, so that they can start to use the plan immediately. If the customer chooses a plan that assigns him or her a public telephone number, then all incoming calls are free and all local USA area codes are also without charge.
According to Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, CEO of Interlink, "Prior to our announcement today, we have focused the Company on large international VoIP business contracts, such as the previously announced agreements in Latin America and Europe. However, the recent purchase of a substantial amount of telecom equipment and the resulting increase of our capacity has allowed us to accelerate our business plans, and to offer a low priced and secure VoIP service to individual consumers and small businesses. We feel that the recent growth of these markets are too significant for us to ignore any longer, and we intend to be a leader in this space since we are incorporating many of our unique features that we have offered to our large international business customers into our individual and small business products. Several of the planned product enhancements will be truly unique to the VoIP industry, and will be announced as they become available to the public. We are also launching a national media campaign including TV, radio, print and billboards to further enhance the rollout of our new products and services."

Interlink Global Announces Improvement of Infrastructure Through Purchase of Equipment
Wednesday January 4, 9:03 am ET
Company Acquires Equipment Valued at $750,000 and Capable of Running 300 Million Minutes per Month of VOIP Traffic
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2006--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that the Company has acquired telecom equipment through a cash purchase and the establishment of a new telecom infrastructure facility in North Miami, Florida, which allows the Company capacity to handle all VOIP traffic projected worldwide for the Company's 2006 and 2007 business operations. This includes: its wholesale traffic, all traffic being run from it projects in Ecuador, Columbia, Venezuela, Canada, the United States, Asia/Pacific, and Europe that have previously been announced, as well as new initiatives for the Company which are presently being finalized.

The equipment purchased includes: a Class 5 switch, (with all the features and functionality of a major telephone company), fiber connectivity, (several connecting routes with various providers), soft switches, Cisco equipment, (many variations), satellite, (a 9.3 metre dish), and various types of transmission equipment.
Teo Cotton, Chief Technology Officer of Interlink in describing the purchase stated: "Our original plan was to gradually acquire various infrastructure equipment over the next 12 months to handle the traffic and services associated with our diverse domestic and international projects. However, through the purchase of the equipment in a single transaction and the establishment of our new telecom facility, we have now acquired sufficient equipment and infrastructure support to handle our projected growth for this year and next. This now allows us to concentrate on developing the services and products that we are offering to our various clients and joint venture partners, instead of acquiring equipment on a piecemeal basis, which is time consuming and more expensive. The facility that we have now established will allow us to run over 300 million minutes per month in VOIP and traditional PSTN traffic, as well as provide the latest in technology to our clients."
Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink Global Corp., in describing the purchase stated: "The Company has now established the infrastructure for both our traditional, as well as our VOIP products and services that equates to networks run by some of the larger competitors in our industry. The purchase is allowing us to accelerate several projects to the first quarter of this year, that we anticipated we would not have had the infrastructure in place to handle until much later in 2006. We project that we will now be carrying over $1,500,000 per month of wholesale traffic by the end of the first quarter, and we will accelerate the rollout of other services and products, which will be announced in the immediate future. In the meantime we will continue to fulfill our commitment to the rollout of services for our multi-level marketing partners in Canada and Latin America. Furthermore, we no longer have capacity limitations to undertake our launch of products and services in Europe, the Middle East and Asia/Pacific that were being delayed because of infrastructure constraints. We fully expect that our monthly gross revenues from our core operations, our joint ventures and Everest Interlink, our multi-tenant communications subsidiary, and anticipated acquisitions, will now exceed $5,000,000 per month by the end of the second quarter. That is substantially above our published projections and management will make new guidance for 2006 of gross revenues and net income available later this month after we have finished our management review."
