Interlink Global Corp. Announces Execution of Reseller Contract with EBR Communications Inc.

Interlink to Continue the Penetration of the Colombian Small Business Market with This Agreement

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2006--Interlink Global Corp. today announced that it has entered into an agreement with EBR Communications Incorporated, headquartered in Miami, Florida, to sell Interlink's VoIP products and services in Colombia, South America. The current customer group of EBR consists of many small business clients as well as residential customers, where substantial costs savings can be realized in comparison to traditional telecom services available to this market segment. The primary focus of EBR is the sale of ANI recognition, (Automatic Number Identification) VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services to their approximately 1,800 clients in Bogota, Colombia. Interlink will be supplying traffic (minutes), to this existing client base, and EBR will offer additionally; DID numbers, (Direct Inward Dialing numbers), 1-800 numbers, conference calling and traditional VoIP services to their new target market which will consist of hotels, Internet cafes, kiosks, and other small to medium corporate users.

Mr. Severino Rivano, Vice-President of Marketing for Interlink Global, who was responsible for negotiating the terms of the EBR contract, stated, "Interlink Global Corp. has an established record of success as an international enterprise level service provider, and we hope to help EBR Corporation realize additional market penetration in the residential and small business market, initially in Bogota, and eventually throughout the entire country. Initially, we will be providing them with approximately 300,000 minutes per month of Internet long distance traffic to mainly USA and Europe to service their current client base. As they expand and further develop their Colombian business as resellers of our many products and services, I expect the amount of minutes to dramatically increase. Also, in a relatively short period, we fully expect EBR to become one of our major resellers in the region. We expect to grow this relationship in a short period of time to annual income approaching $300,000 in late 2006, and in excess of this projection in 2007, as our products and services, along with the substantial cost savings, gain traction in the marketplace," stated Mr. Anastasios N.
