Interlink Global Corp. Announces Signing Service Agreement with Key Asia and Pacific Enterprise

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2006--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) today announced that it has signed a definitive Service Agreement to provide Private Virtual PBX capability for TanHoldings Corporation, a diversified Hotel, Shipping, and Manufacturing Group, headquartered on Saipan, in the Northern Marianas Islands.

The service agreement, when fully implemented, will provide long distance calling over the Internet, and provide telecommunication over Interlink's VOIP infrastructure for TanHolding's offices in the Philippines, Guam, Pohnpei, Palau, Hong Kong, Saipan, and the United States at a substantially reduced cost when compared to traditional phone and data communications.

According to Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman & CEO of Interlink Global, "The Tan offices will call each other as if they were located in the same building, at no cost, and will call outside their Private Network at greatly reduced rates to anywhere in the world.
