Yes I am building my capital short term, but will always be watching and waiting for any dips on WNTR to accumulate multi millions for the long haul.

This stock will be around for a LONGGGGG time.. Frank was describing how the solar project would be operational for 20+ years providing cash dividends to shareholders.
