I believe it does. If this company gets 1 % of the 44 trillion dollar industry that is 440 billion. Now you don't think this share structure can handle dollars against that?

Actually, I believe he can only sell 1% every three months and it must be filed in advance. So he cannot randomly sell at his discretion and certainly is restricted on the amount per year that can be sold.

There will never be a reverse split. This has already been addressed by Ed Starrs himself. You all are in for a big surprise as far as share structure is concerned. Just wait and see ;)
