They are selling it to others.... and its been hard to regulate, thats why the govt wants a stop put to it. When they first began to allow its use up here in Canada for medical purposes... it became part of the law... and in the charter of rights and freedoms .... so now the Canadian govt, is legally bound to give patients access to MMJ..... the reality is the Govt up here including Health Canada, does not want Anyone using MJ. Canadas Health Minister made it clear yesterday.... very sad.
