I wouldn't bank on it, all MYEC fins are being audited, from 2008 forwards, to get MYEC ready for eventual uplist to QX.

Quarterly reports are never audited... The annual report financials are being audited and will be released as soon as they are ready... It will not take as long as some here are predicting
