It's not suckering anyone. everyone buy into a stock for whatever reason based on their DD. If they believe truth in a cow jumping over the moon, then more than likely they probably will buy. It's just like the MJ rumors, if nothing supports the idea, you probably won't invest. If you think there's some truth, you probably will. Legal action is a plausible idea.
