Vigil using Mike’s MJ playbook for QASP and that pisses him off. Most likely Joe Canouse (of QASP – Joe has no connection to GDSM or MJ Acquisition Corp.) pulling the strings there - pump and dumper (be careful on QASP). Mike thinks Vigil will do the right thing. Real reason Vigil is going to CO is to sell off assets of a failed aviation business in CO. However, she has the MJ connections and has been working with Mike on it. He thinks she will make it work for GDSM as he brought her along on the deal. Plus, ILST and now MJ Acq. He helped her get the two major deals done with QASP early on. They have a good history.

That is exactly what they do and have always done, dump shares, R/S, increase A/S then dump again. Rinse and repeat. Take your profits and don't marry QASP, you'll be suckered otherwise.
