It isn't the delay that's the problem. Delays happen. It's that Smith got on the radio late last week promoting what knew full well wasn't going to happen. Wasn't like the interview was on Monday or Tuesday. This took place late in week when he had a real good idea the filing was going to be delayed. The man rode the pony show all day Friday and all weekend, right through opening today. He pre-promoted Bakken for months in a similar fashion, intentionally misleading people. A problem? Only to those who rode the pony to the show and bought into the bull.
