109 M OS is actually positive factor and the 10k filled on time is positive as well,but I did not anticipated debt so high...imo

I tried to warn you this was coming. Seriously, I am one of the most honest posters on Ihub, to a fault.

"on top of the debt the OS has almost doubled to 109m at the end of December....since then they have issued another 37.7m shares. So OS is almost 150m. Convertible debt is killing this."
