I would expect 10k today. If the message shaw sent out meant 4/15/14 then I see no reason to not have filed the extension already.

Could they have been done today? Yes.....not sure when the new accountants got all of EWSIs information. I do expect them to file an extension today but I am hoping they surprise me. A company the size of EWSI should only take about 2 to 3 weeks to audit.
