See anything wrong with paying employees in shares rather than selling the shares and giving them cash? NO

See anything wrong with giving NEW employees a stake in the company? NO

Those shares were all given well before the vote to increase A/S so I don't see how that relates.

Use some common sense, having some employees who have a stake in the company is better than someone who just shows up every week for a paycheck. They have a huge incentive to better the company.

When you see a company that the insiders don't want to own you should be concerned, not the case here.

Pleading?
If you go back and re-read the letter from Sterling dated 1/17/2014 pleading is a very conservative word to describe what he was asking in that letter to the shareholders.....
I would say a bit stronger word such as "Flat out begging" to have the rank and file vote for the share increase of PHOT from 1bb to 3bb.....BUT that is JMHO.......
Can't wait for the bashing on this comment to start....

Hey guys, where do you think funding for ANY public cannabis companies are coming from at this moment?

Dilution is great. In the months before banks begin supporting the industry, traders can use dilution as the modern evil of our time and put the scare tactics on full blast.

Despite the fact that practically all cannabis companies will rely on dilution for lift off, it will be used as a scare tactic to keep prices down until the big financial institutions get to play.

Talk about currently being undervalued!
