just kidding apish :) I was the one who mentioned similar to what you said back in PSL1 (So I agree with you).. and from there Len came up with the Mr. Consitency idea..

I asked to slice and dice te result and try to remove all the outlier (both ides) and see whether the result will be different (better? worse?)
