I posted a long time ago that I felt the plan was to let it run way up and kill it similar to what happened with DNDN Dark capture. I don't think they thought Peregrine would ever announce the errors they thought they would hide the problem and probably figured the resulting law suits would finish them off all together. Sell it high short the hell out of it and then produce the proof of problems. F-um go alone unless they come up with the big time cash. PG
